AGME design and manufacture rotary table assembly machines with AGME standard equipment incorporating the most modern technology in the automation industry. These special machines allow components to be transferred to different work stations with a rotary movement and they are designed to manufacture our customer’s parts in the most cost effective way.
AGME rotary transfer machines carry out a wide range of forming and assembly processes: simple operations of pressing, riveting and marking as well as more special operations like bush or spring insertion, tube forming, bending, flaring, crimping and screwing. These work modules can also incorporate automatic feeding systems, positioning and adjustment units, robots, subassembly control and test stations and all necessary fixtures. These special modules can be automatic or semiautomatic with one or two manual loading station.
These machines require minimum adjustments and are fully automatic. Thanks to the process controller in the machine it is possible to eradicate human error and provide savings on cycle time and quality

This line of assembly is articulated around an intelligent transport system made up of shuttles on monorail in closed loop. The prints of the shuttles receive the products to be assembled. The shuttles stop at each station described hereafter, where the various stages of assembly are carried out:

VELOLINE is the new linear pallet base system completely mechanically controlled and manufactured by VELOMAT.
An innovative system of transmission operates the indexed motion of the conveyor. The cams directly engage the pallets, ensuring absolute precision and repeatability of position. The precision, experience and accuracy guaranteed by COLOMBO FILIPPETTI in the manufacturing of components, allows high speed operation with intermittent high velocity motion, smooth and without vibrations. The pallets are made of aluminium and their shape or dimensions do not depend on the conveyor. There is the possibility to choose stroke, number of pallets and index time.
We can supply it for operation in any orientation, with pallets facing vertical or horizontal. The space between the sides of the pallets is sealed with a rubber seal to keep out dust and debris.

Assembly lines
The Dynamic Assembly System (DAS) is a modular factory platform for light assembly, inspection, test, repairing and packing applications. DAS combines flow oriented dynamic production control and modular automation for increased production efficiency. This modular automation platform includes a range of standardized modules as workstations, conveyors and flexible buffers. Robot cells can be integrated into the line.
The goods are transported on product carriers with a RFID tag. It includes our flow management software "Youtilize" to execute orders, route the product carriers, gather quality data, handle stock and provide electronic work instructions to operators. Both the plug-and-play modules and the product carriers have their own embedded intelligence.
Modularity standardized communication allows step-by-step automation.
It is easier to add features to the assembly line when needed. Features are easily tested offline and testing is not interrupting production. The integrated modular system from FlexLink is effective, requires minimum
maintenance and is easily adjustable to changing needs in the production process.

TOGGLE PRESSES
Manual toggle presses with round ram
EP series
Toggle presses only produce their rated force at the end of
the stroke, the bottom dead centre (BDC). In doing so, the
high working pressure of the press is achieved using the toggle
mechanism with a relatively low effort (approximately
150 N) on the part of the user.
Toggle presses are therefore used where the full force of the
press is only required over a short distance at the end of the
working stroke, e.g. in assembling, punching, riveting,
stamping, gluing etc.
