The L-700 Spindle Alignment System has been helping Detroit build quality automobiles for over 10 years. Prior to the L-700, transfer lines were aligned with indicators and alignment bars. This often resulted in frequent shutdowns due to poorly aligned spindles causing premature tool wear. Poor alignment also resulted in high reject rates, excessive downtime and poor productivity. On one line alone, the L-700 was able to save one GM plant $1.2 million in reduced tooling costs and downtime in the first year of operation after laser aligning the whole transfer line.
The L-700 can also be used for aligning the critical components of a lathe, aligning spindle boxes of large rotary dial machines, aligning the output shaft to the centerline of a twin-barrel extruder and many other applications. When combined with our P-405 Remote Optical Square, the L-700 can also easily measure cross-slide squareness on a lathe

This bar feeder has been designed on all Swiss type machines. The front chuck, as well as the bar storage, are automatically controlled by simply digiting the relevant diameter on the PLC.
The upper guides, which do not need to be replaced, can be regulated manually, while the lower guides feature a quick change system allowing for reduced change over times.
Remnants are extracted by means of a self-centring ejector.
The maximum extractable remnant length is 500mm.
The bar feeder is equipped with a mechanical system for Swiss machine synchronisation. |

The unit consists of three 5 gallon or 20 liter NIST compliant bottom drain provers individually plumbed to 80 gallon stainless steel transfer tanks. The 80 gallon configuration allows for up to 48 calibration tests before returning to the fuel station's storage tank for dumping. |

The ProVantage%u2122 System is the system to use when you are building small parts or must maintain extremely low mold pressures throughout the process. The smaller resin pump allows optimum pump speed while maintaining very low resin flow rates. The pneumatic stroke counter allows the operator to monitor the amount of material that has been processed through the system.

The stainless steel US-2000 BDE banding machine with integrated thermal transfer printer and labeling system, bands, imprints and labels the product in one run.
The fresh salad is delivered in the packaging to US-2000 BDE. The current data (in this case: price and date) are imprinted on the colored preprinted band. The band is pulled around the product and welded with Ultra-Sonic technique.
Upon delivery from the machine, the colored preprinted label with the known brand name is adhered on top of the band.
