The Linear Type System represents high-performance solutions with unlimited possibilities.
The principle:
At 64 individual operation procedures per cycle, at 80 cycles per minute, it’s possible to assemble even intricate elements economically. This technology is based on single cam driven stations which are being synchronized by an upright shaft. Available in up to 4-track versions, the linear type, run with targeted flow of material, comes as a high-performance device with a turnout of 320 parts per minute, at an elevated output level.

We conceived the Servo Cell as an introduction to automated manufacturing worth the money.
The principle:
Part of intricate assembly stations is carried out by manual work, but – simultaneously - time- and quality-relevant operations are executed fully automated on the machine. An assorting quality check is controlled by the machine, which will identify flawed parts and treat them as such in order to avoid any waste of material. The technical design of the Servo Cell can be widened modular-like: In that case, manual work places are also automated, just via docking to an extra Servo Cell. Naturally, the Servo Cell comes as a highly re-usable product.

Assembly & Test lines
Assembly and test of a product: a clear target, that often involves considerable technical engagement. MARSILLI proposes its expertise to study together with the customer the process required to reach this target, and to implement it concretely.
For lines with tens of automatic operations for assembly and test, or for a simpler machine (not necessarily less difficult) the MARSILLI approach is always the same: to apply technologies that are part of its know-how, or to develop new ones, to comply with the customer’s requirements.

Lean Cells
Consistent with its consulting services and manufacturing philosophy in Lean Production, Wes-Tech offers lean cells for Assembly and Testing. In general, Lean Production is a manufacturing system comprising assembly cells, pull system methodology, 100 percent acceptable quality, consistent on-time delivery, respect for people, and maximum utilization of non-depreciable resources, i.e., people and raw materials.
Typically, for intensive assembly operations, lean cells become an integral part of the entire automation solution. In general, such solutions create Manufacturing Cells operating at a high ratio of automated-to-manual work content.
In cases where assembly and testing operations require relatively light automation (just enough to ensure process capability), and where the most cost-effective solution requires manual work content, the preferred solution is typically a semi-automated lean cell. Wes-Tech refers to such cells as Ergonomic Lean Cells.
