H-compact

The increasing significance of energy-saving, environmental legislation, the desire for even smaller dimensions and the demands of domestic and international markets have led to the further development of the H-compact series that has proven itself over the years.
H-compact motors are used in the widest range of industry sectors - such as oil & gas, paper, chemical industry or steel. In these sectors, they are used to drive compressors, blowers, refiners, crushers and air separation systems.
H-compact is available in a version for direct connection to the line supply and in a version for converter operation.
H-compact is also available in an explosion-proof version.
As a result of its innovative technology, H-compact sets new standards for high-voltage motors.

SMI series is made up of single and three-phase asynchronous electric motors with integrated frequency converter. Power range is between 0,37 kW and 7.5 kW (frame size from 71 up to 132). Unit is made up of a high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous electric motor and a compact frequency inverter placed at the non drive end. The SMI series motors are TEFC, IP 55 (available IP56), class F (class H available). SMI motors offer a wide range of overload capacity and a high thermal reserve. The frame consists of aluminium alloy. Shields and flanges are aluminium up to axis height 90 and cast iron from 100 up to 132 frame size . The inverter housing is isolated from the motor in order to avoid heat transmission (patented system); inverter dissipator is self-ventilated. The frequency converter electronics is very reliable as it has been developed in cooperation with the main inverter manufacturer companies; control can be V/F type (frequency voltage control) or SLV type (sensorless vector control). SMI motor can be easily programmed using only three buttons. On request, motor can be arranged for main Bus fields (Profibus, Interbus-S, Device, etc.):
SMI motors are projected as built-in inverter motors and not just as simple assembly of a standard motor with an inverter.

MC Series aluminum housing single-phase capacitor-run asynchronous motors, with latest design in entirety, is made of selected quality materials and conform to the IEC standard.
MC motors have good performance, safety and reliable operation, nice appearance and, can be maintained very conveniently, while with low noises, little vibration and at the same time of lightweight and simple construction. The multiple of the starting torque can up to more than 2.5times.

Recognized by engineers and industrial users for their long life, sleeve bearings are offered as an available option on all TITANÒ horizontal ODP, WP-I and WP-II enclosures. Sleeve bearings operate on a
thin film of oil supplied by oil ring or flood lubrication and are frequently applied to high(er) speed direct connected loads. Sleeve bearings have a very limited capacity for any external radial loads, but when applied and maintained correctly, they offer an infinite (theoretical) life.
U.S. Motors offers a unique sleeve bearing product when evaluated against the typical competitive design. The USEM two piece, spherically seated bearing has become an industry benchmark which provides significant advantages over the fixed seated bearing.

YH Series (IP44) High Slip Three-Phase Induction Motors
YH series (IP44) motors are derived from the Y series (IP44). Not only having the advantages of Y series motors but also designed with high slip performance, the motors have high stall torque, small stall current and shock-resistance in loading.

As a result of their modular design, the 1R.5 slipring rotor motors (US: wound-rotor motors) can be produced with various cooling systems. This means that the motors can be flexibly adapted to the customers's application.
The enclosed slipring compartment – located inside the NDE bearings – guarantees a high degree of protection for the complete motor, i.e. for the motor and slipring compartment.
