CUBE is an automatic distribution machine to store materials of small and average dimension. Minimum noise, reduced power consumption and modern design make its application good in point of sale and in warehouses servicing the public. It can be more than 42 ft long and can store 6458sq.ft. of material covering a surface of just 613 sq.ft. It can work by single pick bays, by superimposed bays, positioned on the machine front or back side. It is provided with a local console allowing the optimization of the picking activities and a visual display of the diagnostic system information. The interface with the company host is made easy. It's a perfect solution to automate the picking and restocking phases in shops, laboratories, and in all environments where the ceiling height available is limited.

It differs by the loading capacity of the trays in order to satisfy different needs. The external sizes of the modules do not change L 115”x H 110”. The load/unloading bay is internal and offers the possibility to configure the position of the picking bays opposite or one over the other. The performance of the machine are: vertical speed 19”/sec – horizontal speed 19”/sec- nr. of handling operations (120 trays/3 modules) 120/h max.

It is different in dimension of trays, for a superior load of charge, 275 and 550 lbs to guarantee an high stocking volume. The modules external dimensions are:L 139”x W 108”xH 106”. The picking/deposit bay is internal and offers the possibility to configure the picking bays in an opposite or superimposed position. The machine performance are the following: Vertical speed 19”/sec. Horizontal speed: 19” /sec.with an access time <1m.

THE PART COMES TO YOU, RATHER THAN YOU CHASE THE PART. With a TITAN VERTICAL CARROUSEL, at the touch of a button (or better still, at the flash of a bar-code) the machine will move the appropriate shelf to the consulting bay and point to the appropriate bin or compartment with a light. This makes your operator more efficient (Access to parts in a matter of seconds) and makes your warehouse or stores neater and more streamlined.
SPACE IS SAVED: overhead areas not reachable unless by an impractical ladder or a cumbersome fork-lift are now put to work. Footprint per cubic meter of accessible storage is minimised. Typically 40 to 400% space is saved compared to conventional solutions.

Where massive storage of components, parts, tools, or spares is needed,
the SILO is the solution.
A compact, high density storage solution, the SILO is based upon two parallel racking structures that can be up to 10 metres high. The racks of the SILO are loaded with trays or drawers, adapted to fit the desired contents (with general purpose or bespoke dividers, slots, bins boxes...). The SILO offers a capacity that is quite substantial, to be measured often in hundreds of cubic metres. By making full use of available height, this solution makes much more efficient use of floor areas than traditional shelving systems.
The SILO is a robotic filing solution : a carriage on board a crane runs down the central corridor and retrieves the requested drawer and brings it to a workstation (there may be several). Picking thus is made much more efficient, and the number of operators required to do a given number of picks (or loads) a day is substantially lessened.
The SILO is a computerised solution: hence errors, missing items, and other incidents are sharply curtailed, and traceability of transactions can be made integral. This improves quality and productivity of warehousing or order preparation services.
The SILO is a securitised, environment-controlled solution: as imposed by a specification to be agreed upon with the user, it is possible to include humidity and temperature control, and obviously also a system to make storage fireproof.

The Kardex Shuttle® XPCrane offers all the same benefits as a miniload system but with 100% more flexibility, greater scope for future expansion and superior cubic utilisation of space.
Principle
The Kardex Shuttle XPcrane Vertical Lift Module (VLM) is an enclosed system of vertically arranged trays, an extraction platform and a series of computerized controls that allow operators to stay in one location while up to millions of items can be delivered automatically (Patent Pending).
This system is comprised of a series of vertical modules with one central crane delivering items to an ergonomically positioned workstation.
KARDEX Shuttle XPcrane VLM can consist of up to 12 single modules and have a storage capacity of 5.200 m² with footprint of only 74 m²

The Shuttle® XPmultiple consists of two independent modular high-bay systems arranged in tandem. Trays are transported from the rear system to the front system – and vice versa – by transfer unit. Items are then removed by the operator from the access window. Speed of delivery from request to actual delivery is extremely fast. Internal pre-order picking reduces the waiting time even further. The system can be controlled by Kardex PowerPick® software which allows items to be managed and controlled in preparation for storage and retrieval.
The Shuttle® XPmultiple is ideal where it is impossible to install two separate systems. Deep, awkward, narrow spaces can be used to their full capacity and routes reduced by having only one access opening. The space required for movement is cut by 50% when compared to individual systems and whilst an order is being picked at the access window, the system is preparing the next tray for delivery in the background.
The modular structure of the Shuttle® XPmultiple ensures almost infinite versatility whilst exploiting different room heights. Every Shuttle® XPmultiple can be used as a stand-alone unit and depending upon requirements can be expanded to form a composite system and extended where and when necessary
