-Feeders: The feeder works by taking up the sheet metal supplied by the decoiler or straightener and regulating the exact quantity that should be furnished to the press at all times. By using CNC technology (numeric computer control) the process can be parametrized so that it is possible to program maximum speed, acceleration / deceleration and with the position in either millimetres or inches. -Feeder/levelling machine: This machine is an evolution of the above and today most feeders incorporate the levelling function. As its name indicates, its purpose is to level out the sheet metal that, due to the slightly convex morphology, it adopts on the coil. Therefore, it is necessary to flatten the sheet metal so that it is absolutely level on reaching the press. Otherwise, the quality of finish produced by the feeder-levelling machine would not be obtained.

The SpeedFeeder is specially designed for quick and easy handling of sheet metal parts in presses and other metal processing machines. Up to 4 units can be mounted on the same Y-beam. With the units connected to one control system the axes can be synchronized to provide parallel operation.

Blank loaders
to feed single presses and press lines. The cut blanks are delivered to the blank loader as a stack. After blank isolation the top blank of the stack is lifted by suckers or magnets to be transported to the transfer equipment or to a conveyor belt.
If required we can guarantee a production without interruption during stack exchange.
The transfer operation of the blanks from stack to the transfer system or conveyor belt can be realized with feeder or robot. In both cases, a continuous production are possible.

FEATURES:
The charger is a specialized robot which supplies the presses intelligently. The horizontal adjustments of translation for the loading of the presses vary according to the models from 300 to 1100 Misters the charger takes in the store a sheet metal or an already worked part and carries out of it the transfer to a station of centering where the part is positioned precisely. At the same time, the part previously centered is taken and transported until on the outiil. The charger control then the press and starts again a new cycle.
The movement of the mobile arm of the charger traverses a trajectory in "U" reversed. The movement is carried out by a device actuated by ensuring motor reducer raised speeds, of the accelerations and decelerations controlled with a constant precision.
The charger also carries out controls in the course of cycle: catch of the part, ejection out of the tool, sunchronism with the press...
The flexibility is ensured by a system of vertical regulation of the charger allowing the fast adaptation to a change of tool.

Electronic roller feed units
Dreher roller feed units stand out for high precision and constant feed exactness at a high dynamic force. Roller feed units can be delivered for a strip width until 2000 mm and a strip thickness from 0,1 to 10 mm for co-ordinated roller diameters.

The cost-effective well-tried alternative to roller feed units disposing of an integrated sequentiell phase control and guaranteeing easy installation, precision and product assurance. These units can also be used for foils, sensible strip material, stripe and wire profile material.

The Flexispense M is the best choice for dispensing in HTS applications. The computer controlled plate centring mechanism makes plate loading for a robot very easy. Satellite Paste Applicators are designed to complement an existing heat source, such as furnace or induction. These freestanding units apply single, multiple, or "ring shape" paste deposits onto assemblies. Cycling is automatic and error-free with an operator removing the pasted part and loading it into the adjoining heat source.
Applicator guns can also be mounted to a robot to apply a detailed combination of paste dots and stripes to a particular part. After the pasting cycle, the part is joined to its companion members and fixtured to the subsequent heating and cooling sequence.
Dual station system utilizes rotating mandrel technique to apply 360° stripe of Fusion Paste onto part joint area.
