ALmatic is a semiautomatic applicator of self-adhesive labels for cylindrical products. Its easy functioning provides for the manual loads of the product in the labelling position by the operator who activates the control lever. So ALmatic provides to the rotation of the product and to the application of the label till a completely happened adhesion. Thanks to the ergonomics of the system and to the presence of templates of comparison ALmatic allows an exact labelling, making easier the manual operations of the placing of the product. The speed of the label supply, 12 mt/min, allows effecting its application in a very short time.
ALmatic semi automatic labeller can apply labels till 200 mm width on products with variable diameter from a minimum of 25 mm to a maximum of 110 mm.The format change is made in a fast and intuitive way through some simple sliding levers with block pommels. The industrial structure of the system, characterised from a unwind unit of 280 mm diameter with a tensioning arm,a paper traction group and silicon rewinder, guarantee a big reliability, continuous precision at the beginning and the end of roll and high autonomy. AEW Delford Systems has extended its range of labellers with the addition of the C3 Panel Label Applicator. This robustly built, user-friendly Label Applicator offers wrap around labelling of self-adhesive labels onto two or three sides of a tray or container.
The pack is driven through the conveyor by powered side belts and a unique brush wiper assembly ensures 100% adhesion of the label onto the pack.
The C3 Panel Label Applicator applies pre-printed labels. When a thermal transfer printer is incorporated additional information, such as bar code, sell by and nutritional details, can be put onto the label prior to it being applied to the pack.
The C3 can also be interfaced to a weigh price labeller or with AEW Delford System’s integral weighing unit, where variable information on a pack by pack basis, is forwarded to the C3 panel labeller and information is printed accordingly.

These semi-automatic wrap-around labelling machines offer effective and flexible solutions for even the most demanding of requirements. If you need accurate, high speed weigh price labelling with longer running times, look no further than the WPL 8160. It’s specifically designed to handle small to medium size retail packs where, typically, high packing speeds of 160 packs/min are required.
Speed alone, however, is not enough because the weighing of every pack is vital to consistently efficient processing and production and this is where the 8160 excels.
To ensure that every pack is pitched correctly across the weigh table, driven side belts provide positive control and correct orientation of incoming packs. These, along with side guides that are manually adjusted to set the pack width at the input of the machine, ensure product runs true and correctly spaced over the weigh table.
The machine can regulate its own speed according to product input.
