The HSW series is the PRASMATIC range of high-speed shrink-wrapping machines, mainly for the beverage and food industries, where the primary requirement for high productivity combines with the demand for excellent reliability and flexibility.
This new series of machines has been designed with the aid of the latest technologies, using electric axes with brushless drives for the control of machine functions. Easy parameter programming and the simple user interface make HSW series machines extremely versatile.
The product separation and pack preparation units have been developed with the aim of optimising the processing cycle and size change times.
Troublefree film feeding is guaranteed by controlling the unwinding and wrapping speed with brushless drives, and through the use of a rotary-blade cold film cutting system.
The new styling and ergonomic design of the HSW series derive from PRASMATIC’s many years of experience, allowing the creation of a series of machines which are extremely user-friendly while also assuring minimal maintenance costs thanks to a supporting structure which has been laser-cut throughout, and with large sliding panels allowing a full view of the moving mechanical parts

Automatic packing line AU-9
Automatic packing line consists of open-circuit wind tunnel TF600/400/1000 and automatic packing machine AU-9.
It’s designed for industrial-scale packing in thermo-shrinkable foil of various kinds of single products such as: bottles, jars, cans, metal and wooden materials, detergents, ever-burning fire, cosmetics, etc. as well as preparing bulk containers /cumulative packages/ (after adjustment) for products of different shapes. Microprocessor controlled packing process is fully automatic.

These are automatic shrink sleeve wrapping and shrink overwrapping machines with integral tunnels. This range of machines with various width dealing jaws can handle two types of wrap. One, a sleeve wrap with openings at the pack sides. Two, a totally enclosed wrap with the film shaped by a "forming shoe" into a tube around the product. These machines are built to extremely high quality standards and can be configured with a variety of collators suitable for handling cartons, bottles, cans and other products. And they can use LDPE, PP, PVC or other shrink films.

SVAGT

Sleeve Wrapping - Sleeve Flex
The sleeve wrapping technology consists of passing a load through a film curtain, which is then sealed forming a tight sleeve, which is subsequently shrunk.
Our Sleeve Wrapping Lines come in two different types; a Sleeve Flex followed by an Easy Flex , used for wrapping of appliances with large variations in length and width, and a Sleeve Flex followed by Vertical Shrink Columns, where the loads turn during shrinking while the shrink columns are stationary.
Capacity of our Sleeve Wrappers: 350+ loads/hour.

If a manual sleeve wrapper is not fast enough to meet production requirements then the next step up in speed is the semi automatic sleeve sealer. Wraps UK supplies the PAF Easy semi automatic sleeve wrapper combination tunnel range for applications up to 10 products per minute.
With a semi automatic sleeve sealer the product is placed on the infeed by hand. Once the product, or collation of products, is positioned in front of the pneumatic infeed pusher, a button is pressed which starts the wrapping cycle. The product is pushed through the web of film and the sealing head then automatically cuts and seals the piece of film around the product.
