WM4
is a wrapping machine with double rotating arm , equipped with 2 film distribution heads and one single seaming device which comes above the palett .During the wrapping cycle , only the film is in contact with the load .
The capacity of this machine can reach 150 P/H for standard load and 100 P/H in 5 sides wrapping process.
This 5 sides process , different from the top-sheet process save around 20% to 30% of film.

This machine, with rotating film-roll, allows to obtain a steady and compact packing of all sorts of palletized load by a differentiated wrapping on products of sundry nature. An overall packing (five sides) is guaranteed for all sorts of palletized products by the waterproof top sheet dispenser integrated in the machine. Such a wrapping provides an excellent protection against the action of the weather. The possibility of carrying out different wrapping cycles is the main feature of this machine. The wrapping program, in addition to the complete cycle, allows to carry out a downward cycle only, an upward cycle only, a wrapping of the top or the bottom of the pallet only and a waterproof cycle. The Octopus 202 automatic stretch wrapping system features a patented rotary wrapping ring, which can be programmed to start and stop film application at any height on the load without returning to the starting point. The Mancon RA 12/10 is a rigid construction Rotating Arm Stretchwrapper for medium speed in continuous end of line production environments. The machine will easily and effectively wrap pallets with palletised goods on them (usually presented inside the machine by conveyors-conveyor included) for transportation. The machine is fitted with a Power Pre-Stretch Film Carriage for cost-effective pallet wrapping and film savings along with increased pallet stability. The machine can automatically apply a mid cycle top sheet for dust or water protection.
Advance controls on the machine enable simple and reliable stretch wrapping sequences and fault finding. The pallet is coneyed into the wrapping area and stopped automatically. The Rotating Arm connected to the 'tilted downwards' (for wrapping lower onto the pallet) Film Carriage circles, and moves up and down applying film to the pallet. At end of cycle the film is pneumatically gripped, cut by a hot wire then brushed onto the pallet. The machine comes with light guards and perimeter fencing as standard. REO PACK produces 2 types of swing arm stretchwrapper, the S1000 and the S3000. Features include:
- Capacity of 100+ pallets per hour (S1000 30 pallets per hour)

For high capacity we recommend the S3000 with its advanced controller that guarantees a universal stretchwrapper for most applications. The S3000 is very robust requiring a minimum of maintenance, it provides very high availability even at very high operating capacities.
The S3000 ISS can start its wrapping cycle at the bottom of the pallet or at the top of the pallet if the ISS system is mounted on a top clamp. The ISS top can therefore be used to wrap a band only around the top of a pallet if required.
The leading stretchwrapper on the market demands a good power pre-stretch system, the S3000 has a unique double motorised power pre-stretch system and a powerful controller plc (Siemens S7) as standard.
Operator interface with the machine is simple and straightforward through the user friendly text display or touch screen. For dust or splash proof wrapping, the S3000 can be supplied with either an in line or integrated automatic top sheet dispenser. |
