COMPACT WALL and DUCT AXIAL FANS (HCGB and TCGB)
The S&P COMPACT WALL and DUCT AXIAL FANS feature, as the name suggests, an extremely compact design created by the combination of an internal rotor motor mated with a direct drive wrap around impeller hub. This very low profile design optimizes airflow performance while minimizing noise generation. Both wall and duct mounted versions require an absolute minimum depth for any given wall, ceiling, panel or in-line duct mounted installation.
The S&P COMPACT WALL AXIAL FANS are designed to be installed directly into sidewalls, ceiling and panels and exhaust or supply air to the surrounding environments.
All COMPACT WALL AXIAL FANS include a one piece bell mouth inlet and mounting plate manufactured from high grade galvanized steel. The motor and fan impeller assembly are firmly supported within this mounting plate by a strong steel support frame that includes an integrated finger guard on the inlet side. All units are supplied with motors prewired to a wiring junction box located on the back of the motor hub for easy wiring access. This terminal box protects all wiring connections against the ingress of dust and moisture. The entire assembly is protected by a two stage primer and a tough corrosion and UV resistant polyester paint finish.

The SERIE EVI D-T-S axial ducted fans are especially suited to applications where it is necessary to feed humid or dusty air and poison gas. Number of blades: from 6 to 10. They are produced in painted steel and they are available in 3 versions:
D: direct-coupled motor, at temperatures up to 40°C, 60°C on demand;
T: belt-drive motor with belt pulley, trapezoidal belt, at temperatures up to 100°C, 150°C on demand;
S: projecting motor with low ring.

The HIB/HIT range of belt drive axial fans consists of three nominal fan sizes, 800, 1000 and 1250mm respectively. These three sizes can be supplied with 1ph 230V 50Hz or 3ph 400V 50Hz motors with various power ratings to achieve the required airflow performances.
Airflow performances range from 13,500 up to 40,700 m3/hr and pressures up to 265Pa.
All standard models include and automatically actuated louvre shutter fitted to the discharge side of the fan and a steel finger guard on the inlet side. In addition, a wide range of specialist accessories are available to complete any given installation.
