The “FPF” series fan filters are widely recognised for their thin external profile, fashionable design, snap-mounting system and high performance. All models are Nema 12 and IP54 standard rated but, on request, alternatively available in Nema 3R and IP55 and also in EMC-shielded version.

Roof filter fans and roof exit filters find use in enclosures, from which warm air has to be diverted due to increased heat development.
The ready-to-connect, low-noise roof filter fan, which houses four axial fans, is used to expel warm air from within the enclosure which has been generated by the stray power of the components.
The roof exit filter provides passive ventilation.

Designed for easy clip-on mounting and made out of high resistance, self extinguishing ABS UL94VO grade (RAL7035) they cover an air flow rate range from 35 m3/hr to 1100 m3/hr.

Hydrogen Coolant Purifiers - HCP
The HCP is a self-contained system that dries and purifies the hydrogen gas that is used as a coolant in electrical power plant generators. It removes water, oil and other contaminants that cause corrosion and cracking in retaining and zone rings, lead carbonate formation, increased windage losses and other potentially catastrophic consequences.
Legendary Select Series or Century Series control valves feature stainless steel internal parts designed specifically for desiccant dryer service and tested to 500,000 cycles, bubble-tight.
Switching valves and gas-tight blower are vented to prevent formation of dangerous air-hydrogen mixtures.
Welded stainless steel piping minimizes threaded connections, reducing potential leaks.

Twin Tower Natural Gas Dryers
CNG Series twin tower purification systems are completely self-contained, fully automatic, heat reactivated, closed-loop blower purge desiccant dryers. Located at the gas inlet of the booster compressor, they are designed to remove water vapor from Compressed Natural Gas. Using molecular sieve as the drying media, these systems will continuously dry CNG down to a pressure dew point as low as -100°F with residual moisture levels as low as 0.04 lbs. per mmscf.

Fast switching between inverter IGBTs causes high voltage ramps (> 4.000V/µs) whcih may be even higher in the motor windings. Fast switching also tends to shorten motor life and limits maximum cable lengths.
Using a PREMO dV/dt EMC filter we guarantee the maximum peak voltage will stay under 1.000V/µs, with a dV/dt value < 500V/µs.
Suppressing voltage peaks like this will also reduce EMI interference from the converter, will increase its life and improve its performance.

Ecutec Barcelona S.L., a recent acquisition of Sweco, is a company that specializes in classifying, coating and grinding of fine and ultra-fine powders. Ecutec provides complete integrated turnkey systems as well as precision, stand-alone equipment. Ecutec turnkey systems are based on Ecutec classifier technology. The Atritor DCM Mill is one of the most universal milling systems available with independently driven grinding and classifying sections.
It has a wide range of applications producing materials in some instances to less than 15 microns.
Feed material is metered into the mill pneumatically and first passes into the classifier zone where any fraction of the feed that is already inside specification is removed as product, thus avoiding any over-grinding. Oversize is recycled internally to the grinding zone and is returned to the classifier after further size reduction. This process produces a steep size distribution curve.
Adjustment of the classifier speed controls the size of the product leaving the mill. The product is conveyed pneumatically to a collecting cyclone and/or bag filter. With the application of heat to the inlet air flow, simultaneous drying can be undertaken.
