Axial tool holders maintain the cutting tool on the same axis as the holder shaft. They are used on lathes to hold cutting tools in place for turning operations.
These devices are used on computer numeric control (CNC) lathes, Swiss lathes and conventional lathes. They can hold cutting tools designed to perform all types of turning operations. Axial tool-holders can be static or rotary/live type.
Selection will depend on the tool holder's shaft type.
