Möllers Rotary Impeller Packers fill fine to the finest materials in valve-sacks with high filling capacities. They are composed of the rotary packing silo and attached filling-modules with horizontal filling-impeller, filling valve, filling spout, attached bag rest in DMS load cells and weighing electronics.

Big Bag-filling equipment (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container, FIBC) is manufactured by Möllers using gross-weight weighing. Octabin-filling machines are offered, with infinite height adjustment, filling lid and suction device.

Arodo manufacture different types of big-bag filling systems. Think of mobile systems which can be added to a sack filling system where big bags are filled according to the “multi-dump” principle. Also filling systems with an own dosing and weighing device are part of the delivery program.

Gross weighing system
This system is suitable for sticky products. The gross weighing principle makes it possible to weigh the product directly into the sack. It can also be used in locations where height is insufficient. Subject to the construction the capacity is 100 up to 300 sacks per hour.

This system is suitable for non-sticky products. The net weighing principle makes it also possible to fill big-bags according to the “multi-dump” principle. Subject to the construction the capacity is 400 up to 1400 sacks per hour.

Particularly selected for certain filling materials owing to flow-mechanical properties, valve-sack filling-machines are manufactured by Möllers in further worldwide proven configurations. The machines, constructed as single packers, are used to achieve higher filling capacities but also in in-line configurations with a common filling material feed and empty-sack feed via a common sack applicator.

The METRAL ER rotary bagger is a model that allows for a configuration of 3 to 12 slots, reaching a pace of over 4,500 bags/hour.
The combination with a "Speedy" bag dispenser delivers an entirely automatic, high-speed bagging process with the utmost reliability.
The touch screen it contains allows for simple and intuitive communication between man and machine, allowing access to the work parameters for each of the slots, production graphics, alarm register,….As a bonus, this data can be transferred in real time to the network.
Each opening has an electronic weight control system that automatically controls and optimizes the filling cycle.
It also controls the rest of the cycle’s processes such as automatic calibration, the height of the valve seat, the position of bag release, monitoring of broken or poorly positioned bag.
This model’s design allows easy access to all the places subject to wear and tear or the ones that require preventive maintenance.
Waste pick-up and breathing holes keep the bag clean throughout the process. As a bonus, ultrasound welding equipment can be installed, guaranteeing that the bag is sealed.
