Multi-lane vertical tubular machine to fill and pack various types of products in single-dose stick-packs.
The intermittent motion unit of OMAG's mod. CS starts from heat-sealable film fed from the reel, cuts it into the number of webs corresponding to the number of lanes and, through small folding shoulders, performs tubes that are first sealed lengthwise by heated bars (Fin-seal) . Then, the bottom cross seal is performed, the product is dosed and dropped into the bag, the top cross seal is performed and the cross cut/separation of the stick-packs are then out fed on a belt conveyor. The cross cut is performed by its specific cutting device, separate from the sealing device.

The TUBE model packaging machine is a machine with alternating movement that forms, fills and seals stickpacks. These sachets, sealed on 3 sides, are a tubular shape, called "sticks", or a pyramidal shape, called "tetrahedrons". The machine body is made from anodized aluminium and stainless steel. The parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The good quality of the materials used and the cantilever sealing areas allow easy cleaning and high versatility for disassembly. The machines are equipped with a PLC and control display to constantly monitor the dispensing parameters and make the transformation process from stick to tetrahedron quick and easy.
