FLOW VAC 45
Horizontal FLOW-VAC® type Flow Wrapper (HFFS) that a vacuum pack from a single shrink and barrier film. For all type of food products. Medium-high performance level.
The FLOW-VAC® system has been developed jointly by ULMA Packaging and SEALED AIR. ULMA Packaging has designed and manufactures the wrapping packaging equipment and SEALED AIR supplies the CRYOVAC® film for this application.
The Ulma FLOW-VAC® is a lower reel machine, with the barrier roll stock film being fed from below the level of the product feeding line. This is essential to prevent seal contamination.
The vacuum bag is formed around the product and a full hermetic seal is formed along the length of the bag (longitudinal seal). The FLOW-VAC® senses the beginning of each product and indexes the incoming product automatically. The end seal (transverse seal) is a high quality full hermetic seal. Both seal systems are equipped with the latest technology to provide the most reliable seals possible. All excess material from the longitudinal seal is removed from the package via a film scrap removal system.
The Ulma FLOW-VAC® operates at the speed of incoming product and reacts to any speed variation in the production line.
The electronic platform of the FLOW-VAC® series is PC based with modem links options. The FLOW-VAC® machine has been designed for user friendly film roll change over. Product setup parameters are controlled through an industrial PC and a touch screen. The software is a Microsoft Windows based graphic icon software.

The simplest, the most unexpensive and the most competitive bagging machine to solve the various requirements of modern mailing successfully. Half-automatic and easy to use, completely controlled by an electronic board: the only thing the operator has to do is simply to feed products vertically into the metal “throat of a shirt“ in fact the machine itself will automatically take care of the rest. After the bag width is adjusted through the metal “throat“ to fit the product width, a photo-eye senses the top and the bottom of the product and switches on the plastic film-unwinding device. A bag is formed around the product by the adjustable width folding plates. The bag is then sealed and cut to the product length. The Omag C3 for granules and free flowing products is available in configurations from 2 up to 12 lanes and allows to pack all granular products such as: crystal sugar, sweeteners, salt, pepper, tea, sugar based soft drink powders, chemical and pharmaceutical granules, etc. under four side seals sachets.
Sachet size: On version up to 3 lanes the sachet size is fully adjustable, within certain limits, on both width and length. On machines from 4 lanes onwards, width has a pre-selected size whilst length, in most cases, remains adjustable. Depending on the considered unit, the sachet size can vary from a minimum of 35 x 40 mm up to a maximum of 150 x 220 mm. The machine is manufactured for actual working width from 200 up to 500 mm than can be divided into a number of lanes which depends on the considered individual sachet width. Special versions for different sachet size can be designed on request.
Dosing system: by oscillating hopper and twin set o distributing cups. The dose adjustability range is within a volume ratio of 1:2.
Speed: depending on the volume to be packed, the machine can achieve up to 200 strokes/minute and output will be proportional to the number of lanes of the considered unit. The C3 is a continuous motion machine starting from one reel of heat-sealable packaging film and performing sachets with print centering on both sides. It is a mainly mechanical unit with an electronic card controlling the main operating processes. The operation, the adjustment and the maintenance are definitely simple and do not require any especially skilled staff.

The Master pneumatic is an fit for the realisation of plastic bags fromplain or single-fold foil reels. It was constructed to satisfy all operating convenience, versatility, solidity and reliability requirements, especially in case of small and medium production capacities. The following operations are fully automatic: the vertical sealing of the tubular as well as the horizontal closing of the bag bottom; the bag sliding as well as the length control; the bag top cutting and horizontal sealing. The sequential execution of the operations is controlled by a PLC, the functions of it can be modified directly by the keyboard. The PLC programming
