Small and medium-sized front-loaded balers
ORWAK 3100, 3210, and 3300: These front-loaded balers require a minimum of floor space and produce bales in the range 40 to 250 kg. High density bales mean lower transport costs!
ORWAK 3100 is a small and compact baler and has a footprint of just 0,5 m2. It is perfect for companies with small amounts of packaging material. Bales up to 50 kg can easily be handled with the bale trolley. Capacity: up to 40 kg cardboard/70 kg plastic
ORWAK 3210 is a small and efficient front-loaded baler with a cycle time of only 13 seconds. Capacity: up to 80 kg cardboard/100 kg plastic
ORWAK 3300 is a medium-sized baler with a built-in digital display. The height is only 1980 mm for convenient installation where the ceiling is low. Capacity: up to 200 kg cardboard/250 kg plastic

ORWAK 3410, 3410 Sliding door, 3600 and 3810 are suitable for customers with large amounts of waste.
ORWAK 3410 is a large front-loaded baler constructed for compaction of cardboard and plastic foil. The noise level is low – only 59.5 dB (A)! ORWAK 3410: capacity: up to 300 kg cardboard/450 kg plastic
ORWAK 3410 Sliding door: For even easier and faster loading this model of 3410 has a sliding door that opens automatically after each cycle. The baler is also equipped with an autostart function!
ORWAK 3600 is, with a press force of 50 ton, our largest and strongest front-loaded baler. Capacity: up to 450 kg cardboard

Multi-chamber balers
ORWAK 5070, 5070-HDC and 9020 are top-loaded multi-chamber balers for sorting and baling at source. Two chambers is the standard solution, but the system can be extended with more chambers when required.
ORWAK 5070 is a multi-chamber baler for compaction of paper sacks, cardboard and soft plastic etc. Capacity: up to 50 kg cardboard/80 kg plastic.
ORWAK 5070-HDC is also suitable for tougher materials like plastic containers and metal cans. Capacity: up to 80 kg cardboard/100 kg plastic.
Orwak 9020 is a large top-loaded extendable multi-chamber baler for sorting and baling diverse material. Capacity: up to 200 kg cardboard/300 kg plastic.

DELITEK DT-1000B & DT-1500B Bale Compactors In Stainless Steel.
The DT-1000B and DT-1500B are stainless steel bale compactors for packaging of waste such as paper, carton and PVC materials. Cardboard boxes and other kinds of recyclable materials take up much unnecessary space and give high costs for renovation. With its large capacity, the Delitek bale compactors can be an effective solution to this problem. The Delitek bale compactors share the same robust design as the other Delitek compactors. The bale compactors from Delitek are not restricted to be placed indoors as they are produced in stainless steel. This is an important notice if they are meant for use in a corrosion aggressive environment such as the fish industry and the offshore industry in general (onboard vessels, platforms etc.).
