RACO's ball screws are ground all the way around in climate-controlled rooms. This is the only way that we can achieve the precision that we guarantee. The precision shape from precision grinding the ball nut and spindle profile gives it a significantly longer life than other mechanically processed ball screws. RACO's section geometry is monitor with profile projectors on a regular basis during production. That, and the fact that we have a free selection of ball diameters and numbers give us the possibility of measuring up to your requirements for maximum rigidity. We meet your requirements for highly precise ball screws both in single-piece production for new designs or repair and in series production.
RACO ball screws- the heart of your machine tool.
We offer you expert repair of your ball screws, even other brands!

RODRIGUEZ produces ballscrews and acmescrews. Both types are available in the most common metric and inch industrial standards. They transform rotational into a longitudial motion or reversed. Due to the internal balls, the effeciency of the ballscrews is much higher than the acmescrew. Therefore a ballscrew is used in dynamic posisioning applications and the acmescrew mostly in slow transporting or clamping applications.

V1 BSS Series Ball Screws
This quiet, clean ballscrew features the same high speed and reduced noise output as the BSS Series ballscrew with improved sealing performance.
High performance seals deliver more than four times longer service life under contaminated environments when compared to existing ball screws. Specially profiled screw shaft grooves contribute to particle penetration that is reduced to 1/15 over existing ball screws.
Maintenance-free K1 Lubrication Units are standard on the ballscrews for extended product life in contaminated environments.
Noise output is reduced by up to 6 dB and the ballscrew features a 25% smaller ball nut diameter for compact spaces.
NSK's WFA Series ballscrews are precision ball screws designed for high accuracy and improved linear motion. They offer maintenance-free operation with K1 Lubrication Units. These ballscrews come in a range of sizes to meet the needs of most factory automation applications and have a variety of accessories to customize and enhance the life of your application.
The BSS Series ballscrew offers quiet operation and compact design. The average noise level is reduced by more than 6dB compared to our conventional ball screws and the ball nut is 30% smaller for compact spaces. The BSS Series ballscrew is the fastest ball screw on the market and is ideal for most factory automation applications.

At NTN we have developed a bearing technology for ultra-high vacuum environments that employ solid lubricants. Meanwhile, with the development of process technology (as exemplified by semiconductor manufacturing in recent years), a need has arisen for vacuum environments that are not only durable, but also clean and corrosion resistant. In response to these requirements, we at NTN have developed new bearings especially suited for corrosive environments - as well as bearings for vacuums and ultra-clean bearings - and are working to consolidate our product line-up to enable us to respond competently to special or complex environments.
Ball Screws for Special Environments
All the parts, except the dustproof seal, are made of stainless steel.
Depending on the environment and operating conditions, the grease for the vacuum is enclosed or the surface treatment (the special PTFE coating or the Ag-ion-plating coating treatment) is processed.
The products can be used in the environment of low dust generation, in both clean air and vacuum, by processing the special PTFE coating treatment.
Plastic Sliding Screws
These models can handle a wide range of environments, with corrosion and heat resistance, by combining the Bearee Pl5010 nut with a stainless (SUS304) screw shaft.
Lower noise than stainless ball screws.
Higher screw effectiveness is obtained using a low-friction plastic nut.

With eLINE ball screws it is now very easy to realize many different transport applications with standard products where customized solutions were often required up to now. eLINE ball screws are available ex stock, preassembled with nuts in screw-in or flange versions.
Unilateral screw end machining for the fixed bearing permits easy combination with LGL bearing units, complete with matching slotted nuts. Special attention was paid to the load capacity of the bearings. For small screw diameters the bearing journal diameter was enlarged by friction welding, thus increasing the load capacity of the end bearing arrangement.
Less stringent tolerances enable very economical solutions. For example, the mounted nut is always with clearance.
Seals are integrated as standard.

The LPR Series is a rolled ballscrew offering a lower cost than ground ballscrews. Return tube or end cap recirculation systems are available and square nut designs are offered for ease of installation on these ball screws. Shafts are available in standard, off-the-shelf lengths or can be cut to length.
The HTF-SRC series ballscrew evolved from the best-selling HTF series ballscrew designed for heavy load applications such as injection molding machines and other factory automation applications within the machine tool industry. They feature high speed and low noise. This ball screw series works effectively with heavy load driving machines that require high speed and high acceleration.
NSK's HMC series ball screw is specially designed to provide the high performance and speed required for machine tool applications. This ballscrew offers high speed linear motion, low vibration and noise, high rigidity, high load capacity, and compact nut design.

The ball screws isel are components of high-quality, precis and resistant to the wear, which transform the rotary movements into linear movements with tiny frictions. The output of these ball screws is at least of 90% (as comparison, the screws with acme thread have an average output of 50%). They have several channels of recirculation of balls, their number depends on the step of the nut. The ball screws isel have soaked and polished ways of bearing in which the balls practically roll without wearing what their ensure one long life of life.
The ball screws have starting torques definitely weaker than the screws with acme thread. In the ball screws, friction with starting is hardly higher than during operation.

Ball spline is a linear motion mechanism utilizing the rotational motion of ball elements.
It can be used in a wide variety of applications including robotics and transport type equipment.
Structure and advantage :
The ball spline consists of a spline shaft with raceway grooves and a spline nut. The spline nut consists of an outer cylinder (main body),retainer, side rings, and ball elements. Designed and manufactured to achieve a reliably smooth motion.
High Load Capacity and Long Travel Life:
The raceway grooves are machined to a radius close to that of the ball elements. The large ball contact surface results in high load capacity and long travel life.
Wide Variety of Configurations:
A total of 16 shafts with diameters ranging from 4mm to 100mm are available. Seven different types of nuts to 100mm are available. Seven different types of nuts are available:
- cylindrical types (SSP/SSPM),
- flange types (SSPF/SSPT),
- block types (SPA/SPAW/SSPB)
- Rotary ball-spline (SPR)

BIKO lock type Linear Ball Spline is a linear motion rolling guide, featuring a slide unit which performs endless linear motion along a spline shaft. Two rows of steel balls are arranged in four point contact with the raceways. This design ensures stable high accuracy and rigidity in operations even under fluctuating loads with changing direction and magnitude or complex loads.
Features:
Interchangeable
All models in this series are interchangeable specification products. The dimensions of slide units and spline shafts are individually controlled, so that the spline shafts and slide units can be combined, added or exchanged freely.
Easy mounting
The slide unit is provided with threaded mounting holes for easy mounting on machines or equipment with bolts.
Stainless steel type
The stainless steel type has excellent corrosion resistance and is most suitable for machines and equipment used in clean environments, for example, medical equipment, measuring instruments, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Hollow shaft
In high carbon steel type, hollow shafts are also available in addition to solid shafts. The hollow shafts are suitable for applications in which piping, wiring or ventilation is needed.
