Ball Valves
The ball valves are indicated for the use with various types of liquids, gases and steam in a broad temperature range and pressure according to ASME B 16.34 rule.
- Activation by one-fourth round (90), reducing the valve opening and closing time;
- Two part construction, which eliminates high operation torque and avoids damage to the sealing parts;
- Three part construction (body and two covers) making maintenance easier with no need to disconnect the line ends;
- Explosion-proof stick, offering higher safety while operating, gasket maintenance;
- Sealing available in PTFE and COMPL;

Ball valves are used to provide positive manual shut off of fuels in combustion systems.
Ball valves are UL listed and rated at 250 psi (1720 kPa) for fluid temperatures up to 400 F (204 C). Ball valves in this series are suitable for natural gas, LP gas and fuel oils. All valves feature NPT connections.

sf-Ball Valves
A 90 rotation of the spindle moves the ball from the open flow position to closed. The pressure in the system presses the floating ball against the rounded seal on the outlet side, thereby making a leak-free seal.

Lift Plug valves as suitable for a variety of applications such as isolation, or switching where the medium is highly abrasive, or operating conditions are severe - such as very high temperatures.

HILCO Transfer Valves assure positive sealing for uninterrupted flow and a low pressure drop. They feature an innovative spring loaded pad and shaft design with large cross-section O-ring seals. Top and bottom covers with centering pilots provide support to the body to resist deformation from pipe strain. The turning mechanism features a choice of handle, wormgear or actuator designs to meet your requirements.
Built to Hilliard's exacting standards, these transfer valves allow for replacement of the pads without replacement of the entire valve. Six standard sizes are available (1-1/2" to 8"), as well as a split transfer valve model designed for duplex coolers.
Continuous flow transfer valves are available in carbon steel, 304, and 316 stainless steel. B design, and D (zero leakage) design valves are available in polymer-coated stainless steel.
HILCO also manufactures 3-way valves coupled together with a common actuator and handle for duplex cooler applications. This helps to minimize extensive piping runs previously required while at the same time, reducing overall costs.
