Ball bearing units consists of pre-lubricated sealed ball bearings and a housing which varies in shape. They are capable of aligning themselves efficiently using the spherical fitting surface between the bearing and housing, effectively preventing overloads due to misalignment.
Koyo ball bearing units are highly accurate and feature excellent load resistance. They are completely sealed, and provided with a relubrication feature. Ball bearing units without a relubrication feature are also available.

Linear guidance systems with linear recirculating ball bearing units comprise ball bearing units, carriages and guideways. They allow large support distances, have adjustable clearance and are to standard accuracy class G3.
The full complement bearing units run on one or both sides of the guideways and, despite their small dimensions, have high load carrying capacity. If the bearing units are screw mounted in carriages, together with the guideways they form four-row linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies. The ball bearing units are sealed on all sides by the wipers on the end faces and on the sealing strips which form a gap seal in conjunction with the guideway. Linear recirculating ball bearing units can be relubricated.

High Accuracy Single Axis Actuator BG Type
NB's BG Type is a compact single axis actuator which integrates a Slide Guide and Precision Ball Screw. BG Type offers compact dimensions, which outperforms conventional positioning tables. This is made possible by a unique "U" shaped Guide Rail and Slide Block which provides multiple functions of a Guide Block and a Ball Screw Nut combined into a single unit. The "U" shaped Guide Rail design offers a high rigid structure resistant to bending. This structural feature allows for integrated frameworks of machinery or equipment. BALL BREARINGS LINEAR RAILS are made of RUNNER that moves in a fixed RAIL.
Designed for load capacity from some kg to 600 kg PER RUNNER, the common length of the rail is 3 meters. It can be 5 meters for some references. Should some applications need very great lengths, the rails can be prepared for an end to end mounting.
Linear rails is the optimum solution for protective or access DOORS applications (machine tools, vehicles, trains or subways) .

The contact angle is a machine that the measures the contact angle of oblique ball bearings.
It is very precise, reliable, fast and it is fully automatic.
Data input:
A computer stores the bearing data. At each type change you will just need to call up the bearing code, thereby avoiding errors and time wasting. The computer can store up to 1500 bearing types.
Automatic measurement:
This processes two checks at the same time: the presence of the balls and the measurement of the contact angle. Measurement range: 0° - 89.9°
Precision and repeatability:
Precision: ± 0.2°, with high measurement repeatability. The repeatability of the measurement depends on the bearing’s degree of precision.
Cycle time:
Extremely rapid around 14 sec, with an average capacity of 240 bearings/hour. Type change time: < 4 min.

Track rollers are self-retaining, single or double row units with particularly thick-walled outer rings. These bearings can support axial forces in both directions as well as high radial forces. The bearing outer rings have a crowned or cylindrical outside surface. Designs with a crowned outside surface are used where there is misalignment in relation to the raceway and edge stresses must be avoided. The track rollers are available with an inner ring, with a stud and with a plastic tyre on the outer ring.

Novel tool for the dismounting of oil seals and sealings of all sizes.
The toolkit SP 50 provides a simple method for dismounting rotary shaft seals in a wide variety of applications. It consists of a sliding hammer, 2 extensions and 50 spare screws. With this basic equipment 50 seals can be dismounted.

Motion transfer: push-pull
The motion is transferred by the central rail which moves between two lines of stainless steel balls. The balls are positioned by two mobile cages moving between outer rails. All components are made of stainless steel and are fitted into a steel casing and protected by a vinyl cover from corrosion and contamination.
