M.E.C. Timing Belt®
Unlike traditional V-belts the SYNCHRONOUS M.E.C. TIMING BELTS® FOR INDUSTRIAL TRANSMISSIONS are fitted on toothed pulleys rather than those with V-shaped races. In this way, synchronism and accurate running are guaranteed by the reciprocal engagement of the teeth, like a gear transmission, so allowing the production of small, manageable transmission gears, which are lightweight yet provide high levels of power .
The (Timing and HTD) TIMING BELTS ® are available in rubber with fibreglass.
The wide range available and the different belt structures permit any kind of application, always taking into account the transmission power, the pitch between the teeth and the number of revolutions.
All belts are available as "closed loops", or open, in 60m rolls.

Construction
Tooth Profiles: Trapezoidal, Curvilinear and Modified Curvilinear
Precision Molded Teeth: Synthetic polymers provide the height strength, shear resistance and environmental resistance needed to assure long dependable life.
Tooth Facing Fabric: The sprocket side of the timing belt has specially woven fabric that has been chemically treated to reduce friction and provide outstanding resistance to abrasion and heat.
Tensil Cord: Cord is dimensionally stable treated fiberglass, that resists shrinking and elongation.
Oil Resistant Backing: Polymers provide exceptional heat, abrasion and ozone resistance to protect the timing belt throughout desired service life.

This is the banded version of the "Source of Savings" Gold Ribbon Cog-Belt combining the longer life, energy savings, and superior operating characteristics of the Gold Ribbon Cog-Belt with the stability of a banded v-belt. The Gold Ribbon Cog-Band prevents belt whip and rollover on long center distance drives. The Gold Ribbon Cog-Band provides excellent service in harsh environments and high shock load situations.
Available in BX, CX & DX cross-sections from 55 inches to 360 inches.

BRECO TIMING BELTS consists of wear resistant polyurethane and high tensile steel cord tension members.
Both high quality materials combined form the basis for dimensionally stable and high resistance BRECO and BRECOFLEX TIMINGS. Added nylon facing makes a low noise timing belt with a high performance.
BRECO TIMING BELTS are manufactured from open length material welded to endless belts.
In the join area the reduced number of tension members assume part of the load. The use of endless joined BRECO TIMING BELTS is preferred in the conveying technology to handle any centre distance.
The timing belts are temperature resistant with ambient temperatures from -30°C to +80°C. Applications close to the limit temperatures (50°C), however, might require adapted dimensioning. In this case please contact your Mulco partner.

DANCORD Flat Belts
Product description
DANCORD flat belts are resistant to oil and temperature stresses. The belt has specially treated power transmitting cords which provide a high power transmission capability, minimum extension and great flexibility.
Application
The DANCORD endless cord belt is highly suitable for difficult drives with small pulley diameters, high belt speeds and shock loads.
On combine harvesters, it is used as a coupling belt on the main drive. It is also used as a coupling belt on fishing vessel winches, on rams, etc.

Metric Power-Wedge v-belts are manufactured for high performance. They are highly flexible, resist stretch, heat, oils, chemicals and ozone, and dissipate electrostatic charges.
Metric Power-Wedge® v-belts are designated with four letters (SPZX, SPAX, SPBX, SPCX) which identify the section and a series of numbers which represents the pitch length in mm.

in force in the field of conveyors (e.g.: FDA, ISO R 284, DIN 22104).
The structure of the VISION® and VISIONFLEX® cog belts is made up of polyurethane
with steel wire lines. A polyamide support on the cogged part reduces friction during sliding, thus remarkably increasing life also under the heaviest conditions of use.
