Carlisle V-ribbed belts are ideally suited for extreme high speed drives where conventional v-belts cannot operate. The V-ribbed belt provides smooth, vibration-free performance in a compact drive. The special "truncated" rib design enhances belt flexibility and resists cracking better than non-truncated v-ribbed belts.
Available in cross-sections from 9 inches to 600 inches.

Open belt drives
Our open belt drives are characterised by flexible power transmission, low shaft loads and minimal wear. They can transmit powers of up to 60 kW, or 150 kW in the case of special belts, and they are guaranteed to be temperature resistant up to 130°C. Open belt drives absorb shocks and vibration well, are extremely reliable and highly suitable for overload protection.
Angle drive
Esband belts are the ideal solution for angle drive when the rotary axes are non-parallel.
Cross belt/half-cross belt drives
Cross belt or half-cross belt drives are the ideal solutions where the direction of rotation changes.
Multi-shaft drives
We offer efficient drive belts with a long service lifes for multi-shaft drives with high belt flexing frequencies and several power take offs.

The CONTI SYNCHROCHAIN® - with its newly developed CTD profile, original design and selected materials - ensures reliable power transmission for high torques and for high dynamic stressing. As the first drive belt of this high-performance class it permits reverse flexing in multi-pulley drives and is the optimum alternative to chain drives.
The drive system in CTD profile
The newly developed CTD profile ensures faultless meshing and hence smooth running at high speeds. At the same time it prevents a jump-over at high torques. So the CONTI SYNCHROCHAIN® is well able to cope with a wide range of requirements. It is suitable for new drive designs and at the same time also compatible for use in existing systems. Available in pitch CTD C8M. Details of pitch, lengths and widths can be obtained on request.
