Montech Max Conveyors GTB are used to carry parts to or from the various manufacturing stations, or combined to form complete transport systems. The modular construction of the system permits simple adaptation to specific customer requirements. The conveyor is driven by a 230/400 V spur gear motor with big power reserves. This permits transportation of up to 125 kg in conveying mode. The following chassis widths are available: 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 and 800 mm.
The end drive version can be fitted above or below the belt depending on available space. The top drive version can transport products up to 80 mm high. The possible belt length is between 1 and 6 m. The center drive version is suitable for conveyors up to 15 m. The drive unit can be placed at any location.
Conveyor-Configurator:
The Conveyor-Configurator is operated intuitively and logically. All necessary information for solving your transport problems is requested sequentially. Starting from your specific requirements and wishes for transporting a product, a conveyor will be proposed according to the “best price principle”. Incorrect configurations are ruled out by the program in advance by means of a plausibility check. At the end of the configuration, you will be sent the order form with price information by e-mail and you can place the order with us by fax.

Stainless Steel is often specified when sanitation requirements are a primary concern. The hard, flat and smooth surface of the belt is easy to clean with steam or chlorinated water. Corrosive cleaning solutions will not harm the belt material. In food applications, the belts provide a stable material that will not absorb natural odors or effect the tastes of materials being transported.

The angled belt conveyor GAL-25-K-W has a frame with only 25 mm height. It can therefore be used even in very confined spaces.
The very rigid TorsioDur frame gives a high resistance against torsion which results in high reliability in spite of very small dimensions.
Equipped with a corrugated edge belt it can handle even the smallest parts without any danger of jamming or damaging them.
The angle of inclination can be infinitely adjusted between 40 and 60° from the ground.
The frame has grooves for sliding blocks with M-6 threads on both sides, where additional accessories can be fixed . An overview of accessories available in our standard programme can be found on page 45 and onwards.
The length of the horizontal and the rising section of the conveyor can be adapted to the specific needs of each application. The total length however should not exceed 3 metres.
Hoppers and side rails can be added to the GAL-25-K-W when needed. They will ensure a safe transport of the goods.
In standard configuration the horizontal section has small casters, so the conveyor can easily be moved. A double support is fixed to the rising section, as shown in the picture above. An H-shaped support on wheels with security brakes, as shown on page 11, can also be used.

Flat conveyor belt with a 25mm high frame made of anodised, fluted rigid, torsion-free, extruded aluminium profiles.
The grooves running along the full length of the profiles are designed for M 6 sliding blocks and are used to attach the various accessories belonging to the modular system.
This conveyor belt is also available as a magnetic conveyor belt up to belt widths of 200mm. In this case, however, the drive and deflector rollers are not magnetic.
For this type of conveyor belt, there are two different systems of uprights. For belt width over 150mm, extruded aluminium double uprights, adjustable in height, and for width under 150mm, pivoting single column uprights, adjustable in height.
For belt lengths up 1000mm, one single column upright is needed, for longer belts more uprights have to be used.
Both systems of uprights are equipped with vertical locking.
