The slider belt conveyor provides a consistent and flat surface for movement of cases or packages not intended for roller conveyors. The system provides excellent positive control over packages.

Troughed belt conveyors with horizontal curves were brought to industrial use by BEUMER. Because of their curved routing and minimum curve radii, these systems offer a low-cost alternative to systems, made of straight-line units with transfer points. By transporting material simultaneously in both directions utilizing the top and bottom belt strand, it permits the customer to operate the system in an even more economical way.

Transport devices are intended for continuous transport of overburden, coal or extracted rock in open-pit mine conditions.
The basic transport devices manufactured by UNEX Inc. are conveyors with rubber belts stiffened with textile or steel-cord meshwork. Belt width ranges from 1 200 to 2 250 mm and their max. transport capacity is up to 10 000 m3/h. Depending on the mining technology conveyors can be design in two versions: movable or immovable.
Driving and return stations can move on rails (in axis or fanlike fashion) using rails or caterpillar undercarriages (rigid or load sensitive).
For extreme conditions (contact pressure of lower than 0,07 Mpa) the driving and return station can be design by means of hydraulic walking undercarriages.
Adjusting and adapting every individual conveyor in accordance with customer requirements and technological conditions is a matter of course.
All parameters of transport devices are in-tune with a series of UNEX bucket wheel excavators. Together with additional equipment for loading, directing and deflecting material flow they form complete technological complexes. The conveyors are able to work in fully or semi-automatic mode. Maintenance costs are minimal.

With its closed design, a tube belt conveyor allows optimum adaptation of the conveying route to topographic conditions. Since the conveyed material is completely enclosed, it can be transported dustfree, and even extremely steep gradients are safely coped with. This technology is based on proven machine components and a special belt design which ensures a safe operation.

A number of years ago Ancra Systems developed a unique conveyor system, aimed at the unloading of parcels. This system can automatically unload a full trailerload of parcels in 15 minutes in a dock system. The system provides a constant flow of parcels to the sorting machines so that these can be used extremely efficiently.
Conventional unloading of parcel post is very labour intensive and is often not an ergonomically responsible procedure. By automating this process the labour factor is reduced and the Health & Safety legislation is complied with.
The systems have been designed to be clean, free of grease and maintenance friendly. This unique system has been operational at ColiPoste, part of the French post, since 2002 and has now been fully integrated.

Conveyor belts manufactured by Belt Technologies, Inc. are engineered using stainless steel and welded endless using a high energy beam technique. Welded area is extremely strong and is weld finished to give a smooth surface. Other metals can be used for increased strength, heat resistance and flatness. Belts are manufactured in widths from .080" to a current maximum of 36" and can be coated with Teflon®, polyurethane and rubber. Belt thicknesses range from .001" to .031" and are designed to meet the customer%u2019s application requirements. Plain belts are friction tracked or a PVC, Neoprene or Silicon Rubber V-belt can be bonded to the belt for force tracking.
