The ICEsonic Model 77s is an extremely powerful single hose machine that offers 230 PSI in blasting pressure yet can perform well at lows of 80 CFM.
Extremely robust in design, a disk-style specially coated aluminium air lock is powered by a PLC controlled 0.75 kW electric motor. The Model 77s also holds up to 75 lbs of dry ice pellets to allow for an extended period of blasting without having to re-fill.

Unlike other hollow bodies tubes and pipes can be processed horizontally because abrasive and compressed air may escape at the rear end.
That is why our Problast PowerPacks with closed-circuit system are the ideal equipment to blastclean, descale and activate the insides of tubes and pipes.
There are two different blasting methods:
1. Blow-through method
In the easiest case, such as the blasting of coils, a blast nozzle is connected to the forward end and a recovery hose to the rear end of the tube.
When straight tubes are to be processed the rear end of the tube is led to a recovery box where the abrasive is collected and recycled.
2. Lance method
For larger tube diameters special blast nozzles are fitted to a lance which is inserted in the tube:
The rear end of the pipe is positioned in an abrasive recovery box.
A blast lance is inserted cleaning the pipe while it retracts.
Either the pipe, the lance or the blast head is rotated.
Multi-nozzle blast heads are available for high-production needs.

TubeInspect
The new dimension of tube measurement
TubeInspect, an optical tube measuring system, incorporates advanced technology for the high-precision measurement of tubes, the determination of set-up and correction data and quality assurance of the end product. TubeInspect can entirely replace mechanical gauges.
TubeInspect, a contactless measuring system, requires merely that the tube to be measured is placed in an optical measuring cell. Sixteen high-resolution digital cameras accurately measure the tube's geometry in a few seconds. The tube does not need to be moved. The geometry is reported in an easily understandable way, that is as sheath tolerance. The measuring range of TubeInspect is 2,500mm x 1,000mm x 500mm and this can be extended by repositioning the tube. TubeInspect measures tubes with diameters ranging from 4mm to 200mm. Bends between 1° and 180° can also be easily measured. TubeInspect has a newly added capability of measuring tubes with connected bends or with flexible parts. A tube's measurement can be compared with a previously recorded sample part or with an imported CAD model.

The AMPG permits rapid measurement of tubes and pipes in conjunction with laser tube measuring forks and FUTUREX TUBE software from ZETT MESS. The tube-measuring fork is slipped over the tube at the required measuring point. This interrupts two diagonal laser beams to generate a total of four switching points that are used to define the position. This tube measuring assembly can be used to measure all types of tubes and pipes ranging from the finest hydraulic tubes to exhaust pipes and even large pipes. ZETT MESS supplies tube-measuring forks in four sizes.

TUBE TOOL is a complete solution for non-contact measuring inspection of tubes.
The Romer sensor is mounted on the OMEGA arm and associated to G-Tube software. It uses a non-contact laser technology offering workshop operators a fast, reliable and user-friendly way to measure.

TUBOSCAN M Tracto-Technik offers two various arm systems, which
differ in its hardware components, the measuring method, the measuring
