Series RCMI "double pinch" angle rolls are expressly designed for rolling profiles with high resistance to the bending. This is the reason why the structures are heavily dimensioned and are built with heavy thickness plates of certified quality steel.
They are Electro-welded and heat treated to release the internal stresses. The solidity of the structure is in fact an essential parameter to guarantee reliability and precision trough the years.
The RCMI series angle rolls superior quality is also guaranteed by a complete series of accessories supplied as standard equipment.
For more versatility in rolling aluminium profiles or for super-heavy rolling requirements up to section modulus of 17.000 cubic centimetre (1.000 cubic inches), Faccin offers the TAURUS series of variable geometry profile benders in which the distance between the bending roll is set according to the optimal bending geometry to minimise the distortion of the profile cross-section and the waste of material to be cut at the two edges.

The target was to further optimize the Bihler GRM 80E punching and bending machine, adapt it to suit the market’s increased demands, and in doing so automatically offer the market even greater productivity, flexibility, profitability and tool compatibility with the preceding GRM 50, GRM 80 and GRM 80E models. The result is well worth seeing and impresses through its advantages.
The new GRM 80P now provides significantly more free space on the work plate as a result of the clear spatial separation of punching and bending operations. In this way, additional tool movements and Bihler key technologies can be integrated as component systems into the manufacturing concept to solve complex applications. As a result, nothing can prevent the manufacture of longer and more voluminous parts. The powerful two-point eccentric press for longer cutting tools installed alongside the work plate and the large center aperture in the work plate also guarantee the flexible integration of central mandrel movements.
Mechanical or NC controlled feeds guarantee the high-precision supply of material. A user-friendly, highly-flexible process control enables the intuitive adjustment, management and operation of the machine.

AddisonMckee's innovative FormMaster-70 Ram Extrusion machine, or FM 70 RE, has been designed to produce small bent components at high speeds with minimal scrap.
In essence, the FM 70 RE extrudes or pushes a near-net tube through a contoured set of dies or clamps, generating one or two shallow bends - typically with a maximum degree of bend of approximately 40 to 45 degrees.
The FM 70 RE machine is perhaps best known for its ability to minimize tube scrap. As opposed to a typical bending process via a standard bending machine where a clamp holds one end of a tube, and a collet holds the other end where these ends are ultimately discarded as scrap - the FM 70 RE eliminates this scrap via its innovative Ram Extrusion process.
