Nefab can offer a wide spectrum of plywood boxes and shipping crates – Nefab ExPak. These range from smaller one-unit solutions to larger solutions with up to six separate pieces, all foldable for ease of storage. The plywood boxes and crates are combined with profiles of steel, also performing as strong hinges. Optionally, Nefab ExPak’s can be certified for transports of hazardous goods and can also be tailor made for a wide range of functions and applications. Operation
Dry ice is the most powerful solution for the transport of frozen products, but the difficulty was to obtain constant temperatures because of its proper low temperature (-80°C).
The COLDWAY Solution
Dry ice is introduced into a separately insulated compartment inside the container. Thanks to a ventilation system, the inside temperature can be regulated between -35°C and +8°C precisely adjusted to 1°C. According to the quantity of dry ice, the autonomy can reach more than 24 hours at an ambient temperature of more than 30°C.
