Construction based on ISO standard containers, the containerised cogeneration sets do not need any building work for siting them; offering an efficient solution for temporary services or where mobility and fast installation is required.
Application
The containerised sets offer a great solution within the areas of electrical generation, cogeneration and trigeneration. They are an efficient answer for isolated developing regions which do not have alternative energy sources and for those applications where mobility and fast installation of energy plants are required.

The new GUASCOR SFGLD series stand out for their toughness and high performance under the hardest working conditions. GUASCOR has applied new very resistant materials in the construction of the SFGLD engines.
On GUASCOR SFGLD engines, load carburation, speed and load are electronically self controlled, so they can operate at constant and limited emissions in spite of variation. The engine adapts to different qualities of gas wich even allows to switch from natural gas to biogas with no stops. A computerised module provides readouts of the spark plugs condition or allows ignition advance to be adjusted through external signals. GUASCOR engines may be fitted with GUASCOR engines can be equipped with a detonation detection and control system. This enables the engine to work under the severest working conditions while avoiding the effects of persistent detonation.

The ATG Series Is the largest-size engine line Waukesha Engine manufactures. ATGL engines are available in 8, 12 and 16 cylinder configurations.
By using a Waukesha Enginator engine/generator set to produce energy, you'll significantly reduce or eliminate your reliance on the electric utility. ATGL Englnator units are available from 1330 kW to 2960 kW continuous 60Hz power at 900 rpm.
The sixteen-cylinder ATGL
As customer requirements for power, reliability and performance
increased, Waukesha went to work to make the ATGL meet the greatest
demands. The new 16V-AT27GL achieves world-class emissions and fuel
economy, while increasing torque and horsepower by 37% relative to
the 12V-ATGL. It also offers better turndown, better altitude capability,
longer service intervals, lower environmental impact and reduced
maintenance requirements.

VPS Series Gensets for Cogeneration & Power Generation
Greater power, higher efficiency and availability are key issues for power generation markets. With more than 15 million hours of proven performance, the cornerstones of our VPS Series packages are the compact, rugged, and reliable ASE Series aero-derivative gas turbines. Our aero-derivative based solutions have high power density making them ideal for putting maximum power in a relatively small package. They also can be continuously started and stopped, enabling users to easily meet varying power requirements without compromising performance. In addition, they can operate on natural gas, distillate and oil, as well as various waste gases and bio-fuels.
Our VPS Series packages offer the smallest footprint and lowest installed weight in their power class and can easily be integrated into your existing power plant. Our packages are factory-tested prior to shipment-we deliver a generator set that is ready for rapid installation, easy commissioning and reliable operation. Our highly integrated packages house the gas turbine, generator and auxiliary systems reducing field labor and overall project costs.
Finally, our turnkey solution provides customers with a single source for engineering, construction, installation, start-up and full maintenance programs. OnSitePower Solutions remove all the worry because you'll acquire a custom-tailored cogeneration facility ready to produce power and thermal energy.
