Blast cabinets are operated from the exterior. During blasting, spent blast media is recovered by an efficient reclaiming system and recycled. Dust, fine particles and debris are carefully separated from reusable blast media.
Blast Cabinets are available in various sizes with internal working dimensions from 920 mm
to 1500 mm.
The viewing window is slightly angled for operator convenience.
Blasting is initiated and stopped by means of a foot-operated valve.
These machines have a perpetual caterpillar made from perforated rubber belt or from steel flaps. Treated objects are put by a special filing contraction to caterpillar. When caterpillar moves its special shape causes treated objects to turn and roll, which causes the whole surface of the treated objects to be quality blasted in a jet of abrasive.
