General description
Application
These fans are designed especially for local ventilation. They are installed on wall brackets inside the rooms. Ability to over-come signi! cant " ow resistances makes them especially useful in installation with local exhausts.
Structure
It consists of a spiral steel housing, motor with a radial impeller mounted on its shaft. The fan inlet is equipped with a " ange, to install it on the wall bracket or ! ltering unit. It is recommended to install silencers type TK at the fan inlet and outlet.

RD F range
The RD F range can be used for conveying of light and non-abrasive bulk.
The blower parts are made of aluminium cast, the impellers are made of welded sheet steel. The solid construction of the practically maintenance
free medium pressure blowers is the basis for a long lasting service life and low operation cost. Inspection and cleaning may only be carried out at these blowers by unscrewing the housing cover plate. All drive motors are made to IP 54 enclosure, class F thermal insulation and comply with EN 60034-1 (VDE 530 Part 1). The motor power is oversized in order to have sufficient reserve for the conveying.

Radial blowers achieve high delivery volumes with very little pulsation. The frequency inverter integrated on the motor provides the capability of matching volumetric flow exactly to customer requirements. Accessories, such as intake filter or suction sound absorber, are available as optional extras.

Using "multi-stage" compression, side channel blowers generate low-pulsation blast air. Perfected impeller design with curved blades guarantees optimum efficiency. Separation Of the compression chambers on both sides of the impeller permits single-stage, twin-flow as well as two-stage, single-flow operation with only one impeller. Intake filter and pressure safety valve can be integrated as an optional extra in the patented design of the sound absorbers. The sound absorbers can be varied in length, affording flexible adjustment to available installation space.

Dutair remote drive side channel blowers are high pressure blowers equipped with a bare shaft and used in combination with a v-belt or coupling drive. They are an excellent solution for mobile applications because these remote drive side channel blowers can be driven by electric motors, hydraulic motors, pneumatic motors and combustible engines. Moreover, the rotation speed of Dutair remote drive side channel blowers can be increased to 4500 rev/min to raise the performance. By choosing the matching rotation speed the flow and pressure can be optimized for your process.
Dutair remote drive side channel blowers can be used for applications without electricity as power supply. Examples like material transport, vacuum lifting or mist generation show how remote drive side channel blowers can be applied as mobile use. Also in cases where only direct current is available and DC-motors have to be used the remote drive side channel blower is the best answer.

CX, TB, HTB, PF, and PB series
All blowers use IEC standard motors. Suitable for long time operation. High air pressure, large airflow, suitable for all kind of cooling, drying, and transporting applications.
Most of TB, PF and PB blowers have three different air outlet directions.
CX and PF series also have heat-resistant type, for high air temperature applications.
HTB series also have belt type, for higher air pressure applications.

Paxton's design is compact and efficient. Centrifugal Blowers weigh less than 30 lbs. without motor, and deliver air flows to 1,200 cfm, pressure to 100" H2O, and vacuum to 100" H2O (g) for true high performance. The impeller, with small fins, turns inside the side channel causing that the air is compressed and accelerated, creating small vortexes of air that are drawn by the blades from the intake to the exhaust.
There are no parts in contact between the stator and rotor; this means the blowers do not need lubrication nor routine maintenance.

The CB side channel blowers are conceived to suck or to compress gases or non-explosive mixtures.
With the drive motor connected directly to the body and the absence of lubricants, these blowers are suitable for any industrial application. The assembly is composed by single-block construction impellers splined directly to the drive shaft, an entirely die cast in aluminium and bearing on the front cover for a faster replacement.

Hauck 50 Hertz Fiberglass Turbo Blowers are metrically dimensioned units available in four pressure ranges and thirty-seven different sizes. Plastics attract dust due to static electricity. The dust particles stick firmly to the surface, which makes it difficult to remove them. Due to their configuration, numerous plastic products have to be neutralised from a distance. For this purpose, SIMCO has developed ionising air blowers. The emitter points of the anti-static bar ionize the air which is blown towards the electrostatically charged object. The part is then neutralised by the ionized flow.
