The MX range is a compact and affordable steam boiler ideal for small to medium sized users of process steam.
Each boiler is individually tailored to your specific needs and manufactured from start to finish in our own factory, thereby ensuring quality control of the very highest standard. All fittings are mounted in the factory to make installation on site as quick and easy as possible.
The boiler can incorporate any make of burner to suit a wide range of gaseous or liquid fuels in single, dual or tri-fuel combinations.
The MX boiler has a thermal efficiency in excess of 89% (based on NCV) .
External surfaces are well insulated and finished in tough, Aluzinc cladding.
The front door is lined with the latest ceramic fibre technology offering significantly less heat loss than traditional refractory materials.
The MX range has larger heating surfaces and steam space than comparable boilers, meaning desirable low heat transfer rates, Low NOX emissions, easily achievable outputs, and quality dry steam throughout the firing range.

Uni-Matic series flash coil steam generators are suitable when quick steam production is needed, also in case of frequent start and stop (Steam is instantaneously produced and there is not an accumulator).When steam is requested, production should be almost uniform, without heavy peaks.

BABCOCK WANSON are specialists in industrial coil boilers offering a range of steam generators from 150 to 8000 Kg/h with operational pressures from 5 to 50 bar. The water volume is low and flows directly proportional to the desired steam output using a positive displacement water feed pump. In the high pressure HPVAP Series 100 bar is possible in a closed loop thermosyphon pumpless design offering very high overall plant efficiency without pressure vessels and suitable for a range of batch and variable process flow applications particularly in edible oil processing.
