UV curable Adhesives, UV curable conformal coatings and UV curable encapsulants for electronic materials assembly cure upon exposure to ultraviolet light in seconds. DYMAX solvent-free UV curable adhesives, conformal coatings and encapsulants are ideal for circuit board assembly, flex circuit encapsulation, peelable and water soluble masking, tamper-proofing, potting and strain relief. Master Bond manufactures a number of formulations specifically for marine applications. These formulations cure in low temperatures even under damp, wet or underwater conditions to produce hard, tough and highly corrosion resistant bonds, seals, patches, linings and coatings. Master Bond polymer systems offer unique protection against the effects of moisture by displacing water from the surfaces being bonded or coated until complete attachment of the compound's molecules to the surface is achieved. Any water present is removed until the bonds formed are complete and water proof.
A number of polymer systems have proven highly effective in the boat industry for repair of cracks and holes in hulls, installation and repair of hulls fittings, stopping seepage in the bridge, coatings for permanent protection against water damage. Other marine applications include linings and coatings for tank coatings of ships for crude oil and ballast sea water, condensers, oil coolers, piers, bulkheads and offshore drilling towers. The cured materials exhibit excellent chemical resistance to water, organic and inorganic acids, bases such as sodium hydroxide and ammonium hydroxide, petroleum hydrocarbons including fuels and hydraulic fluids, ethylene glycol, ethanol, butanol and many other chemicals. |

DESCRIPTION - KR1000:
Stand alone analogue output force sensor. Supplied for direct plug and play replacement to commonly existing units.
The target pads remain spatially the same. Robot reprogramming for test position is not required.
The monitor is preset to Zero on no load but can be simply adjusted by the user if required.
The innovative design of the KR1000 force head makes it far less susceptible to errors induced by electrodes not being perpendicular to the target pads.
Exacting construction standards guarantee this instrument is of greater accuracy than other monitors of this kind.

As with all welding procedures, it is important to eliminate as many variables as possible in order to achieve optimum welding consistently over long periods.
Electrode force is one of the critical parameters in obtaining repeatable, reliable resistance spot welds.
Force can vary because of variable factory air pressure, water in the air lines causing air cylinders to deteriorate and loss of air pressure due to worn seals.
This self contained instrument uses a cell with a force sensor to provide accurate digital read out for auditing weld electrode forces.
Accuracy of this instrument is better than 0.2% and can be switched to read 0-2000 kg, 0-20.00 kN or 0-4400lbs.
In cases of difficult access the head of the swivel head gauge can be swiveled at least ±72º up or down and rotates at least ±90º. Once the desired position is reached it can be fixed by a simple hand tightened knob. A 90 mm long handle is provided for optional use with 2 mountain positions either in-line or at 90º.
A support wrist strap is attached to the gauge so that in the event that it is forced out of the operators hand by misaligned electrodes, it need not fall to the floor and be damaged. |

Faults in welding tongs or incorrect process parameters in welding can result in production line waste or defective parts. Checking the electrode force periodically permits spark malfunctions to be detected at an early stage so that repairs can be carried out in good time.
The new Type 9833A test sensor allows precise and reliable measurements to be carried out with minimal electrode gaps. The built-in charge amplifier simplifies the task of mounting and helps to ensure the reliability required by the automobile industry.

The quality of a spot weld depends on the force applied by the electrodes together with the value of the welding current. For control programs, measuring the force applied by the electrodes is extremely important for maintaining constant production conditions. The Welding Tester instrument is designed for measuring the closing force on welding heads, which can be used either for setting up or for periodical maintenance. The tips are exchangeable for measuring the force applied by different forms of electrodes; the lowest closing dimension is 3 mm.
Different models are available for measuring 0–5000N up to 0-20000N. The new tool has all the ruggedness, quality and accuracy of the other tools in the CENTOR family, specially designed for taking “nomad” measurements in production shops.
