You need to tip the parts into orienting hoppers which will supply the vibratory bowl feeders.

The dustbin tipper MT 240 is used to empty 240l plastic dustbin. Through the use of add-on components plastic dustbins from 60 to 140 l as well as 240 l aluminium dustbins for paper and data carriers can also be emptied.The dustbin carrier slide are constructed from stainless stee. The dustbin is tipped using a foot pump and it's maximum angle of 130° is reached after approx 39 pedal strokes. The tipping height is 1300 mm. 200 mm diameter wheels ensure good manoeverability.

Electric Vehicle for Waste Collecting ATX200E AR
The ATX E range of Alkè electric vehicles includes the AR version, a special machine equipped with waste collection body, designed for use in cities and towns, sport centres, railway stations, airports, camping sites and tourist villages.
The AR version has a waste collection body built with anti-corrosion aluminium and may be integrated with an optional automatic bin lifting system for 120 and 240 litre bins. The waste body has a 2 cubic metres capacity (410 kg of nominal capacity) with a tipping angle of 90° that allows the waste to be dumped directly into the auto-compacting machines.

Mega Multitruck Skip Tipper
Equipped with an aluminium skip with a 2m3 capacity, a double lever hydraulic system, tipping to an angle of 90° and a low loading height, that makes loading, unloading and cleaning of the skip very simple.
With a width of 1.4m the MeGA skip tipper can go into the narrowest of streets without compromising the carrying capacity.
The automatic CVT transmission specially developed for small trips provides driver comfort and a reduced maintenance. And because the waste bins are often situated at either side of the road, the flat cabin floor enables the driver to leave the cab from either side.
Silent, the electric version is ideally suited to early morning work and to busy pedestrian streets.
