| Fusion Paste Brazing Alloys contain finely atomized filler metal, a fluxing agent, and a paste-like binder. Each of these components has a unique function to perform when blended into a Fusion Paste Alloy. All pastes are designed to be automatically dispensed to control costs and yield superior part joint quality. |

Of all brazing processes, the most variables are presented when brazing in atmosphere or vacuum. Among these are the type of base and filler metal used, type of atmosphere, dew point, temperature, and even furnace construction. Most furnace brazing pastes are supplied without flux, consisting only of atomized filler metal and a neutral binder.
Fusion offers a full line of controlled atmosphere brazing pastes for various base metals and filler metals. The filler metals include copper and copper based alloys, including copper/phosphorous based systems, silver brazing alloys, and aluminum based filler metals. |
|
| Active brazing alloys are used to braze ceramic materials with stainless steel. Active brazing alloys contain titanium and are always used for furnace brazing with protective atmosphere made by argon or vacuum. Active brazing alloys may be also used to braze alumina and nickel based alloys. Active brazing alloys are delivered in wire, rings, preforms and paste. |
|
| Italbras Brazetec manufactures brazing alloy foils and tapes. Any silver brazing alloy, AgCuP alloy and CuP alloy is available. Italbras BrazeTec manufactures also three foils with and intermediate layer of copper. Foils are used in tools industry and three foils are mainly used to produce tools for wood cutting. |
|
| Italbras BrazeTec manufactures brazing pastes containing or not containing flux. Nickel brazing pastes are used to braze stainless steel in furnace with protective atmosphere and they are mainly used by EGR coolers producers. Copper pastes are used to braze any kind of steel, especially towel radiators. Copper-phosphorous pastes are used to braze copper heat exchangers. Also silver brazing alloys pastes are available. |
|
| Brazing alloys rings and pre-forms using any king of silver brazing alloy containing or not containing cadmium and especially AgCuP and CuP alloys. Any kind of geometry can be manufactured. |
|
| Italbras BrazeTec manufactures brazing alloy wires on spools or coils. All silver brazing alloys containing or not containing cadmium, AgCup alloys, CuPalloys and Aluminum-silicon alloys are available. Wire diameters are from 4mm to 0,20 mm. Spool weight is from 15/10 Kgs to 200 grams. Wire may sometimes be cored by brazing flux. |
|
| Italbras BrazeTec manufactures any kind of brazing alloys flux coated rods. They are ready to use alloys: in the same product there already are both flux and brazing alloy. All silver brazing alloys are available: cadmium containing or not containing. Different external diameters are available in order to always use the right ratio between flux and alloy. Different external colors are available in order to easily distinguish between different brazing alloys. |

Italbras manufactures any kind of brazing paste for any kind of furnace brazing process:
- copper based brazing pastes, used in the furnace brazing of steel and stainless steel, for instance in bathroom radiators industry;
- copper and phosphorous based brazing pastes, used in the furnace brazing of copper and brass, for instance in the copper heat exchangers industry;
- nickel based brazing pastes, used in the furnace brazing of stainless steel, for instance in the automotive and EGR cooler industries;
- Cuprobraze pastes, used in the furnace brazing of copper and brass automotive radiators;
- aluminium based brazing pastes, used in the furnace brazing of aluminium, for instance in the automotive and electrical heating elements industries;
- silver based brazing pastes, used instead of standard brazing alloys;
- active brazing pastes, used in the furnace brazing of ceramic materials with stainless steel.
According to the different brazing processes and to the materials to be joined, pastes can be with or without flux. |
|
| BrazeTec Italbras manufactures the complete product range of brazing alloys for soft soldering. Soft soldering alloys are supplied in several forms: wire, rod, bar, paste. Soft soldering alloys are mainly used in the installation technology. All soft soldering alloys do not contain lead. |
