Hydraulic breaker Silenced:
- The internal control valve system provides a shorter, direct and larger oil flow which reduces oil heating and increases by 15% the output and seals life.
- Only two moving parts (piston + control valve) for increased reliability and low maintenance.
- Maximum impact transfer by nitrogen and hydraulic pressure. Perfect piston-tool weight ratio assures less recoil.
- Idle stroke protection : a high pressure cushion ensures piston absorption at full stroke and shock protection. When working : piston recoil is absorbed by the nitrogen chamber compression which releases this energy in strike force.
- All breakers have full protection brackets with noise, shock and vibration absorbers.
- A long fronthead fitted with 2 bushings for a good tool guiding, longer lifetime of toolbushing and tool bending prevention.
- Two retainer pins for longer pin durability, less burr on tool and easy tool replacement.
- Lower bracket part strongly reinforced with abrasive resistant steels. |

| The first time you use a hydraulic breaker, you’re in for a surprise. Here’s this compact, quiet tool…and it hits harder than any other type of breaker. That’s because hydraulics are more efficient than electric, pneumatic or petrol-driven tools. For example, a 32 kg (70 lb) hydraulic breaker gives you the same hitting power as a 40 kg (90 lb) pneumatic. Thanks to their amazing impact energy, hydraulic breakers can be used on concrete, asphalt and frozen ground. You can, of course, also use them for trenching, tie-tamping, spike driving and general demolition. |
|
Our hydraulic breakers are designed to perform and built to last, combining high impact energy with maximum dependability.
Features:
noise and vibration damping
maximum/high availability
maximum/high productivity
Applications:
road construction
building renovation
primary and secondary breaking in quarries
demolition
tunneling
trenching
foundation work
landscape gardening and landscaping |

| Atlas Copco’s petrol driven breakers, Pionjär and Cobra, cover a wide range of applications like splitting rocks, breaking concrete, cutting asphalt, tamping ballast and more. All without the need for power packs or cables. |
|
| This range of advanced petrol breakers can be used in a wide variety of applications, since the equipment does not rely on compressed air or electricity. Type BH 23 is used mainly for breaking and demolition work in road construction and civil engineering applications. Other applications are driving in of piles, tent pegs, earthing rods and probes to establish ground contamination. |
|
The Atlas Copco breaker TEX PS series range is simple and sturdy by design. An integrated polyurethane silencer reduces noise levels up to 8 dB(A). A long piston head gives better guidance in the cylinder and reduces wear on both parts.
