Wheel brushes can be used on angle grinders and on
stationary machines.
There are following different models:
Knot Wheel Brushes
Knot wheel brushes for grinders, angle grinders and stationary machines used in the preparation and reworking of bolt fillet and butt welds. They remove scale, rust, paint, slag, rubber residue and can be used for deburring.
Pipeline-Brushes
Lessmann-Pipeline brushes are specially developed for professional use on U-and V-welds in the pipeline industry.
Wheel Brushes with crimped Wire
Wheel brushes filled with crimped wire are used for the purpose of obtaining different surface finishing: the removal of rust, paint and dirt, for roughening, deburring, stripping or polishing. |
|
| The unique capabilities of power brushes can provide solutions to many challenging production problems. One of our core competences is the integration of brushes into plant engineering processes. Engineering and development, as well as the high product quality standard, guarantee optimal performance in production processes. |
|
TYROLIT tool brushes for angle-, straight shaft- and bench grinding machines follow optimal the shape of the workpiece. Thanks to their high flexibility, they are extremely well suitable for cleaning, deburring or bevelling.
With these tools you can brush up surface finish or remove coatings, paint, lacquer, rust, scale or concrete ribs. Be in action without high working pressure (only the end of wires should do the work).
The wide TYROLIT tool brush range provides you for any application the right shape, kind of wire (crimped, knotted, straight ...) and wire quality (steel, stainless steel, hardened, brass ...). |
|
We can manufacture wire brushes as per your requirement. Our wire brushes are manufactured using sectional construction for maximum density.
Wires: Crimped Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass Coated Steel, Nickel Silver. |
|
| KORFIL-E brushes offer a new concept in final machining. They are manufactured using nylon filaments with a silicon carbide at the point of extrusion. The combination of four different grits, the natural properties of strength, chemical resistance, stiffness, fatigue resistence, durability and a high melting point, all combine to produce some extraordinary results and a versatile brush. |

Thermocouple validation wire
Type 'T' thermocouple wire in Class 1 material and to BS EN 60584-1:1996 is supplied with a flat pair of PTFE insulated conductors and a PFA jacket. Conductor sizes are available in a solid 1/0.3mm and 1/0.5mm, or stranded 7/0.2mm formats and can be supplied in 100M and 300M reels.
These can also be supplied in pre-cut lengths, either with a bare hot junction or a Teflon encapsulated tip. |
|
Validation Thermocouple Wire and Looms (VTFP):
It is a regulatory requirement when validating autoclaves and lyophilizers that Type ‘T´ thermocouples of Class 1 material grade are used.
The VTFP validation thermocouple wire meets this requirement and is supplied either in pre-cut lengths from 1 metre upto 100 metre with a formed hot junction, the hot junction can be left bare or encapsulated in a Teflon tip. The cable can also be supplied on 100/300 metre long reels.
When considering the temperature mapping of large chambers and when multiple thermocouples are to be used, this material can be supplied as a cable loom. This approach eases the installation and general handling of multiple thermocouples and offers a more protective arrangement. All the conductors are identified with an ID number to ease location identity and connectivity.
When required the thermocouple cold junctions can be fitted with miniature or standard size thermocouple connectors.

The bearings of industrial rotating equipment operate under arduous conditions - often for considerable periods of time. The most reliable indicator of bearing condition is the temperature of the metal beneath the shoe.
Recognition of rising temperature can provide a warning of the breakdown of the lubricating oil film; thus allowing machine shutdown and maintenance to take place - avoiding the probable catastrophic failure of the bearing and possible damage to its mounting. Conax Miniature Bearing Sensors provide a simple and cost-effective method to monitor bearing temperatures.
Features:
- For embedded applications in rotating machines
- RTDs - 100 ohm platinum, 0.00385 ohm/ohm/°C
- Thermocouples types J, K, T & E
- Single and duplex sensors
- Various styles and sizes
- Operating Temperature: to 250° F ( 120° C) |

Miniature Bearing (MBS) Sensor
A critical indication of the status of bearings on large rotating plant is provided by their running temperature.
Due to its small physical size the miniature bearing sensor can be positioned close to the bearing surface allowing it to sense any early change in temperature.
These devices are available in both thermocouple and PT100 resistance thermometer format and can be supplied as either single or duplex sensors. The sensor lead wire insulation is in PTFE and if necessary lead wire jackets can be protected with stainless steel outer braid.
BSWS Bearing sensor wire seal assemblies are low temperature/low pressure glands for embedded sensors to prevent oil wicking along the sensor leads. They seal on the individual insulated leads exiting an oil-filled bearing housing.
Typical aplications are motors, turbines, pumps & journal bearing pedestals. |
