U-Series Crushers
NPK's Primary/Secondary Crushers are designed to effectively handle any primary and/or secondary demolition and recycling operation. NPK crushers easily cut through reinforced concrete and light steel structures allowing material to be separated and recycled, and simultaneously, permits easier handling of material.
Faster, more efficient separation of concrete and steel rebar
Powerful crushing force increases when jaws meet resistance, as the exclusive NPK cylinder intensifier converts flow to pressure.
Designed for performance
With the newly improved tooth configuration utilizing a high-profile center tooth and lower profile teeth on both sides of the moveable jaw, these crushers can be used for both primary and secondary crushing operations. Abrasion resistant, high strength, alloy steel teeth allow decreased wear and increased durability. In addition, the "R" models come with full 360 degree power rotation for maximum versatility.
Maximum crushing/cutting force with more efficiency
Competitive cylinder systems need larger cylinders to equal the force developed by the more compact NPK intensifier system. Shortest cycle time; on the job NPK's exclusive integral hydraulic intensifier system provides faster cycle times compared to competitive units using larger cylinders that require considerable amounts of flow to produce an equal amount of productivity. Replaceable center cutter blade; cutting-torch operations are eliminated by a high-strength steel center cutter that slices through rebar and light steel structures.

Sandvik cutter-crushers and multi-processors are designed to cut through steel, timber and reinforced concrete, and break it down into manageable chunks. Normally excavator-mounted, they are used to dismantle stubborn structures in tough primary demolition jobs. With very high shear force and great crushing strength, they can be used with different jaw sets for different applications, including pulverizing. Sandvik cutter-crushers are flexible, reliable, high-performance, low-maintenance tools that give a low cost per ton of material demolished.

Compactor/Driver
Compactor/DriverNPK Compactor/Drivers are designed and built to meet today's demands for greater jobsite productivity, expanding and enhancing the versatility of your backhoe or excavator.
The leader in trench compaction technology, NPK delivers the industry's greatest impulse forces with overall superior performance through hydraulically operated rotating eccentric action. Greater vibration forces generate stress waves in granular or loose soil material, bringing the soil's air to the surface and packing the particles closer together. Greater impulse action works together with the carrier's downward forces to compact cohesive clay-type soils.

The Atlas Copco range of hydraulic compactors covers a broad spectrum of applications and customer needs. They are designed for compacting soil, trenches and slopes and also for diving and extracting piles.
Atlas Copco's hydraulic compactors are much faster and easier to use than hand-held compactors - and therefore much more cost-efficient.
With rig-mounted hydraulic compactors from Atlas Copco, there is no need for personnel in the direct area of operations, thus reducing noise and safety risks. Work in trenches in particular is made safer.

This type of crawler carrier, which is only manufactured in Japan, is designed mainly to carry materials on soft ground. They use rubber crawlers, so that even when they drive on paved roads, they don't damage the surface. With a payload of 6,5 to 11 tons, they allow you to work with maximum productivity. Able to travel at speeds of 10 km/h, they are also fast. Even with the heaviest of loads, they can pull themselves out of any on-site ditch or other hindrance.
Two types of rubber crawler carriers give you the option of choosing the machine that is most productive for you. A unique feature of the non-rigid carriers (EG70R/110R) is their rotating upper structure. This allows you to unload without turning the carrier, and it is ideal for narrow spaces.
The design for these machines is based on Hitachi excavators. By working off of a machine that is already known for its performance and efficiency, we can assure our customers of the reliability of our rubber crawler carriers.

The first time you use a hydraulic breaker, you’re in for a surprise. Here’s this compact, quiet tool…and it hits harder than any other type of breaker. That’s because hydraulics are more efficient than electric, pneumatic or petrol-driven tools. For example, a 32 kg (70 lb) hydraulic breaker gives you the same hitting power as a 40 kg (90 lb) pneumatic. Thanks to their amazing impact energy, hydraulic breakers can be used on concrete, asphalt and frozen ground. You can, of course, also use them for trenching, tie-tamping, spike driving and general demolition.
|
|
|
Atlas Copco’s petrol driven breakers, Pionjär and Cobra, cover a wide range of applications like splitting rocks, breaking concrete, cutting asphalt, tamping ballast and more. All without the need for power packs or cables.
|
|
The Atlas Copco breaker TEX PS series range is simple and sturdy by design. An integrated polyurethane silencer reduces noise levels up to 8 dB(A). A long piston head gives better guidance in the cylinder and reduces wear on both parts.
Simple and reliable design
No side bolts - no breakage
Valve parts of glass-fiber reinforced polymer - no corrosion
