Telestack link conveyors transfer material between processes in a highly cost-efficient and environmentally sound manner.
The machines can be used to Provide a mobile link between an excavator, mobile crushing unit and fixed overland conveyor for efficient onward transfer of material to secondary processing stages within mining and quarrying operations
Alternatively they can be used to Provide a mobile link for transferring material between a ship unloading conveyor or hopper unit to a quayside storage area for stockpiling or secondary processing

Troughed belt conveyors with horizontal curves were brought to industrial use by BEUMER. Because of their curved routing and minimum curve radii, these systems offer a low-cost alternative to systems, made of straight-line units with transfer points. By transporting material simultaneously in both directions utilizing the top and bottom belt strand, it permits the customer to operate the system in an even more economical way.
With this technology BEUMER has set new milestones.

With its closed design, a tube belt conveyor allows optimum adaptation of the conveying route to topographic conditions. Since the conveyed material is completely enclosed, it can be transported dustfree, and even extremely steep gradients are safely coped with. This technology is based on proven machine components and a special belt design which ensures a safe operation.

DRX (Dual Relief Xtra™) Impact beds are designed with one simple goal: protect the belt.
Slide-Out Service™ makes maintenance convenient and safe. DRX Impact beds separate in the middle and the two sides slide apart. A complete bar change out takes just one or two hours.
Velocity Reduction Technology™ is found only in the DRX line! Two levels of reaction force reduction absorb impact energy and minimize transmission back to the belt.
Impact Bar Supports enhance bar function. Made from high-strength steel, our inverted-design Impact Bar Supports allow the impact bars to expand and function properly to absorb more impact energy.
Channel Crossbeams efficiently transfer damaging impact energy to the isolation mounts.
Four Models Available:
DRX200 - for light-duty applications, up to 200 lb-ft
DRX750 - for medium-duty applications, 200-750 lb-ft
DRX1500 - for heavy-duty applications, 750-1500 lb-ft
DRX3000 - for extreme applications, 1500-3000 lb-ft.

With KABELSCHLEPP hinged belt conveyors we can solve your disposal tasks in over 80% of all cases:
* Wet or dry chips
* Workpieces and waste
* Hot forgings
* Stampings and punching scrap
* And much more
Transportation of the material takes place on the upper trough of a revolving hinged belt. Drivers ensure transport of the material up the inclined section. For wet machining the cooling lubrications are collected in the conveyor housing and can be fed back into the machine circuit via an optionally available coolant container or a pump station.
Our hinged belt conveyors can be used either as stand-alone conveyors at machine tools, or as linked conveyor systems. Depending on the design, the material to be conveyed is brought to the required height at a defined incline and then discharged.

In response to industrial customer needs, Hutchinson Transmission has specially developed the ConveyXonic® belt for roller conveyor producers.
The ConveyXonic® is the « 4 in 1 » belt capable of transporting loads from 1 to 1 200kg (2 to 2500 lbs.) as well as replace the four systems used in the conveyor assembly (flat belt, round belt, chain and timing belt).
The belt's elastic properties allow for at least a 30% reduction in costs by using 1 motor for twenty rollers while at the same time adding the advantages of improved life span and absorption of shocks and vibrations.
With a potent torque transmission - up to 4 times greater than an O-Ring - increased package flow speed up to 4 meters per second, the ConveyXonic® belt improves efficiency while working silently, requiring little maintenance since lubrication and retensioning and are not needed, and ending corrosion concerns.
Easy to use thanks to an automatic or semi-automatic installation, our ConveyXonic® product line has already been designed for you.
It is standardized in function of the center distance, the center distance tolerance and the transported weight.
The ConveyXonic® is available worldwide, with two, three of four rib profiles (PJ2, PJ3, PJ4), through our distributors.
We would be happy to put you in contact with the distributor closest to you.

Chamber furnaces 1100° c
Standard product range from 50 to 2000 liters.
Furnaces with band or passage under atmosphere controlled with gas of protection. Standard range 3 sizes
|
|
The atmospheric chamber furnaces built by Ipsen have a modular design and are made of standardised assemblies. The furnace casing consists of a sturdy sheet steel structure.
The light-weight refractory lining inside the furnace is designed for temperatures well above the working temperature and has an extremely long service life.
Because of their modular design, our furnace systems can be customized as necessary to meet the client's specific needs. The ICTE® software family developed especially for the heat-treatment industry allows charge transfer, loading and unloading to be linked to provide fully automatic systems that can be integrated perfectly into the production flow.

- Carburising - Water quenching, polymer,
- Austenitisation oil and/or salt
- Carbonitriding - Tempering under N2 or air
- Annealing - Washing
|
|
Design Features:
- Electric or gas heating.
- Gas-tight alloy muffle, for perfect furnace atmosphere control and low protective gas consumption.
