The tipping horizontal pressure tank O.ME.P.S. type CM 25 is manufactured of Peraluman 45 R light alloy to transport powdery foodstuff (flour) for a total capacity of 25 m3. It is tested at 2 bar pressure according to the standard PED 97/23/CE.
The vertical discharge system is equipped with:
n° 03 load manholes with 3 wing nuts’ closing;
atoxic and polyvalent unloading system;
n° 1 aluminium bottom for the product unloading, complete of butterfly valve, Ø 150 mm;
atoxic rubber pipeline;
accident protection (n° 1 anti-slip ladder, n° 1 gangway with a pneumatic safety handrail) according to the standard C.M. 294/93;
n° 2 unloading hoses, Ø 100 mm, 6 m long, complete of their hosetubes;
tank chassis in S 355 JR steel, equipped with n° 2 saddles for the tank support;
hydraulic system compound of tipping cylinder, valves group for the control, hydraulic circuit with pipeline and connectors, hydraulic oil tank, rear stabilizing legs, kit hydraulic pump
Tank painting: unique tint O.ME.P.S. WHITE (different colour/logo application on demand)
Structure guarantee: 24 months.
The tank is homologated in accordance with the standard PED 97/23/CE
