VORTEX® QUANTUM SERIES ORIFICE GATE
The patent pending Quantum Series Orifice Gate is specifically designed to handle dry bulk solids in gravity flow, dilute phase, or vacuum conveying systems.
A full flow orifice provides unrestricted conveying of material with no disk or ledges to impede flow or cause material bridging. The gate seat and live-loaded seals are shielded from blast abrasion by a metal insert, which provides a smooth bore through the valve improving performance and decreasing any pressure drop across the orifice.
By design, the valve “self cleans” material from the seat on each stroke of the valve blade, improving overall seat life. The Quantum Series Orifice Gate is designed to eliminate problems, enabling you to meet your objectives by increasing production, while decreasing labour and equipment costs.

Pipes are flanged on both ends simultaneously, this ensures parallel angled ends.
Pipe ends are calibrated during the flanging process to create a smooth connection. This ensures a further protection against wear and tear.
Pipe ends machine-lip flanged for pull-ring connection, alternative: pipe ends with flange or slip over flange.

Slide Valve and Lock-Out Slide Valves
In the open position, slide valves allow air to flow through to downstream equipment in the open position. When in closed position, the valve shuts off the air from the compressor. Air trapped on the load side is then bled off into the atmosphere, preventing equipment from unexpectedly cycling even though the line is "shut off".
The lockout slide valves can be locked in the close position. This is an especially important feature when equipment or machinery is being worked on because it avoids accidental start up, which can cause injury to personnel. The lockout slide valve can accomodate standard lock shank sizes up to .145" (sold separately).

This cost effective valve is available with round or square inlets between 125mm and 350mm, with a choice of manual, single pneumatic or motorised operation.
Used when isolating the flow of dry free flowing powders, granules and dust.

HOT RUNNER SYSTEM
DIRECT SINGLE VALVE GATE
Possibility to adjust the piston stroke by closed mould, by means of a screw locatd at the end-switch of the same piston. Mold maintenance is easier. Presence of a titanium insulation ring on the upper body of the nozzle, capable to contain the heat dissipation with a consequent energy saving during the molding operations.

Total isolation solenoid valves (DRY) combine the traditional characteristics of strength and reliability with construction solutions that make them particularly suitable for the control of aggressive and/or non-contaminable fluids.
The fluid is in contact only with the valve body and the isolation lever or diaphragm; in this way the fluid is protected from any chemical contamination and/or thermic shock
