CYLINDRICAL SCHOCK ABSORBER
The high quality of ELITEGOMMA's shock absorbers come from 35 years of experience and improvements, moreover ELITEGOMMA propose price very competitive because of the industrialization reached.
Since many years our shock absorbers are used in high stress applications as air compressors and motor bike
Our engineer Barbieri, son of the chair man, has achieved the engineer specialization on Rliability at the Cardiff University (UK) and is available to analyze and study for you and with yours technicians the application, this in order to find the correct parameters: Fp, K, D and h that will determine the right choice of the shock absorber.
Our firm is also able to produce shock absorbers following your drawing and your technical features.

TUBUS elastomer bumpers in various applications boast five times longer life expectancy than coiled steel, ten times more durability than rubber and twenty times more than urethane.
Lightweight, ultra-strong, exceedingly durable TUBUS elastomer bumpers are ideal for use in highly corrosive environments. The material is resistant to chemicals, oil, grease, salt-water, ultraviolet light, hydraulic fluids, fuel and microorganisms. These versatile units will not absorb water and will not swell. Easily adaptable to existing systems, TUBUS bumpers are suited for applications in the electric drive, robotic, fitness equipment and crane bumper markets. Additional selected applications include: jounce stops, rebound bumpers and stops, oil well heads, as well as mining, steel, paper and sawmill equipment.
Sizing software is available on the ACE web site or on CD-ROM and includes a cross-reference for ACE industrial shock absorbers.

The innovative TUBUS profile dampers are a very cost-effective alternative for emergency stop applications.
They are produced from a special Co-Polyester Elastomer. They constantly decrease energies in areas in which other materials would fail. The excellent damping characteristics are achieved through the material and the worldwide patented construction design.
The profile dampers are versatile and are designed to absorb the rising energy with a degressive (TA-series), almost linear (TS-series) or progressive (TR-series) characteristic. The TUBUS-series comprises five main types with almost
80 individual models.

Park Sentry™ is a simple method to add a layer of scratch-free impact resistant material around a square or rectangular column. Its slim design adds protection without adding bulk to the column. Parking structures using Park Sentry can virtually add space by inviting closer contact between vehicles and columns without the fear of scratches or dents.
Park Sentry is molded of proprietary ARPRO® material ready to be installed around the column without tools. Park Sentry is a modular product: separate corner and plank products combine to surround the column with protection. A key-lock system positions the pieces correctly and holds them together. A set of reflective polypropylene straps surrounds the entire installation, holding it firmly to the column and providing a highly visible contrasting element visible in dimly lit buildings or parking structures.
Park Sentry is 1 meter (approximately 40in.) high and can be configured to fit any sized column by adding or subtracting pieces or cutting to fit. It is available in either bright yellow or black with contrasting reflective straps.

In certain applications, the power-operated devices have, due to their inertia, long stopping times and thus also large stopping travels. Examples are big and heavy doors (hangar doors), automatically-guided vehicles (AGV), theatre stages etc. Here so-called bumpers are used. Their dimensions as well as the positions and number of the contact chains are specially selected and manufactured for the intended application.
Bumpers are protection devices for large over-travels. They are equipped with a rubber-foam cushion with suitable surface finish and reinforced if necessary. Colours may also be applied.

ASO´s Safety contact bumpers are designed as safeguarding equipment to be used on transport vehicles, AGV’s and other freely moving systems. Upon contact with an obstacle, the quick response time of the bumper initials an immediate stop signal while the soft foam core provides a long braking and over-travel path. ASN bumpers consist of a foam core attached to an aluminium profile and are covered in a durable NBR rubber or vulcanized polyurethane which provides excellent protection against damage and moisture. Bumpers are available in various lengths, widths and heights to fit most any application and are available in black, yellow, black-yellow stripe as well as custom colors.
