In domains as varied as district heating, services, small industries and the agribusiness industry, the priority in fuel burners is that they:
- are easy to install,
- guarantee reliable adjustment,
- use energy economically,
- minimize pollution emissions
- simplify operations,
With this aim in view, the NC.12 - NC.16 et NC.21 burners are fitted with the RTC® System and MDE® System.
Burners are designed, developed and built in compliance with the European standards EN 267. CUENOD burners are manufactured in compliance with the quality assurance certificate AFQ ISO 9002.
As for all CUENOD burners, the NC.12 - NC.16 et NC.21 models have received this certification CE, as they comply with the requirements of the relative European directives:
- Machinery Directive 89/392/EEC
- Machinery Directive 89/336/EEC
- Machinery Directive 73/23/EEC
Efficiency Directive, when burners are installed on the boilers themselves.

Having acquired a wealth of experience through our work with professionals in the field, we have produced a new generation of burners that combine improved performance, precision and reliability.
These burners are designed, developed and built in compliance with European Standards EN 267 for burners and EN 29002 (ISO 9002) for manufacture.
CUENOD burners are manufactured in compliance with the quality assurance certificate AFAQ ISO 9002.

Medium output burners used in heating systems must meet five essential requirements:
- simple implementation,
- easy operation,
- reliable and efficient settings,
- rational use of energy,
- low pollution emissions.
C.20 and C.24 burners are equipped with the innovative MDE® system, which allows technicians to query the burner at any time and obtain operating information and details of startup phases.
Burners are designed, developed and built in compliance with the European standards EN 267.
CUENOD burners are manufactured in compliance with the quality assurance certificate AFAQ ISO 9002.
As with all CUENOD burners, the C.20 and C.24 models bear the CE mark, indicating compliance with the relevant European Directives, including Efficiency Directive 92/42/EEC, when installed on boiler shells CE.

The STA DPS system is a plate phase separator for static separation of two fluid phases which differ in density by at least 5% (e.g. coolant lubricant emulsion and hydraulic oil). Using gravitation (sinking of the heavy phase) and coalescence (merging of droplets), the light phase is made to float when flowing through the unit, and continually runs off.
Plate phase separators are used more and more frequently on account of increasing requirements regarding purity of industrial fluids, e.g. the separation of mineral oils from waste water, emulsions and degreasing baths. They can be operated with very low operating costs and can be used universally.

|
Applications
Extracting oil from de-greasing baths
Extracting oil from soluble cutting oil baths
Features
The SIEBEC H50 oil extractor consists of:
- a Polypropylene filter body fitted with a fast-opening lid
- a removable Polypropylene micro-fibre container (capacity 11.5 litres)
- an automatically primed magnetic drive centrifugal pump (230V/400V -50 Hz) whose flow can be regulated by an exit valve to between 0 and 11 m3/h.

The oil separator effectively removes oil from the discharge gas in the strainer elements and returns the oil through a high precision float valve to the crankcase or oil control system. The efficiency of oil recovery is dependent on the reduction of gas velocity in the separator itself. Providing the oil separator is correctly applied, this will be about 97 % to 99 %.
The use of ESK oil separators protects the compressor from defects cause by lack from lubrication and improves the heat transfer in the evaporator.
Oil separators should be installed whenever the following applications are considered:
• Evap. temp. below <-10 °C
• Blast freezers
• Capacity control
• Two stage plants
• Parallel systems
• Cascade plant
• Flooded systems
• Booster

The Parker oil separator removes oil from system refrigerant by means of a highly efficient coalescing filter. The filter is 98.5% efficient, filtering oil and particles down to 1/10 of a micron while leaving a trace amount of oil necessary for adequate system lubrication. The separator is ideal for recovery and reclaim operations.

- Separates insoluble oils that migrate from machining fluids.
- Recovers the original characteristics of the machining fluid.
- Speeds up the oil coalescence process.
- Prevents the development of bacteria owing to a programmable oxygenation system.
Standard capacities: 600 - 1200 - 2000 - 3000 Litres
Options: Swarf/chip separation basket - fine filtration - treatment of bacteria by ultra-violet process

The partial flow filter NF is foreseen for the fine filtration of hydraulic and lubrication circuits additionally to the main filter.
The big filtration area in comparison to the nominal size is the premise for a high dirt-retaining capacity even in case of small filterfineness.
Filter elements as fine as 5 µm(c) are available; finer filter elements on request.
To protect the filter elements and the filter housing equipment with by-pass valves is foreseen. Element change without tools is
possible. After release of the straining screw and removal of the cover the elements are accessible and could be changed. The filter
elements were delivered completely inclusive seals. Cleaning of the elements not possible therefore the user should have enough
spare elements on stock.
temperature range: - 10°C to + 80°C (for a short time + 100 °C)
operating medium: mineral oil, other media on request
max. operating pressure: 16 bar
test pressure: 21 bar
connection: SAE-flange connection 3000 PSI
housing material: aluminium forging alloy
sealing material: Nitrile (NBR) or Viton (FPM), other materials on request
installation-position: vertical
measure connection: G ¼
evacuation -or bleeder connection: G ½
volume tank: 11,4 l
Classified under the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC for mineral oil (fluid group 2), Article 3, Para. 3.
Classified under ATEX Directive 94/9/EC according to specific application (see questionnaire sheet-no. 34279-4).
