The MAXON TUBE-O THERM® burner-to-tube direct firing system provides uniform heat transfer, eliminates "hot spots", and produces faster bring-up times than all other tube burners. This industrial burner fires directly into smaller-bore, less expensive tubes and burns butane, , propane or natural gas with reduced levels of NOx and CO.
TUBE-O THERM® gas burners ensure improved performance for industrial washers, dip tanks, water-bath heaters, and solution tanks.

The ImmersoJet (IJ) is a nozzle-mix tube-firing burner that is designed to fire at high velocities through small diameter immersion tubes.
The combustion gases from the burner scrub the inner tube surface and produce high heat transfer rates. This, in combination with the high velocity flow through the smaller diameter tubes allows for system efficiencies in excess of 80%.
The smaller IJ tubes also have smaller bends which means less tank space is occupied by the tubes. With a combustion chamber that is integral to the burner body, the new version of the ImmersoJet can sit lower on the tank than previous IJ models.
This burner is available with the Eclipse HeatPak packaged valve train - flame safety option.

The ThermThief’s unique nozzle creates an intense, adjustable length flame with a vigorous spinning action. The photomultiplier provides extremely high sensitivity and ultra-fast response. Photomultiplier tubes (PMT) have high bandwidth and noise-free gain on the order of a million. This makes them ideal for the detection of extremely low light or short pulses of light. Photomultipliers can be used to detect photons from 115nm to 1700nm. A typical Photomultiplier consists of a photoemissive cathode (photocathode) followed by an electron multiplier and an electron collector (anode).
Hamamatsu offers the most complete range of head-on and side-on photomultiplier tubes from 3/8" to 20" in diameter.

Electron multipliers (EMT) are used for the detection and measurement of electrons, charged particles such as ions, VUV radiation and soft X-rays. Hamamatsu electron multipliers have high gain and low noise, making them suitable for the detection of very small or low energy particles. An EMT has CuBeO dynodes for producing gain via secondary emission. The dynodes are connected by a built-in voltage divider (1M ohm per stage) and are supplied in an evacuated glass bulb. The first dynode can be replaced by a photocathode of CsI or KBr for use in VUV photometry. Microchannel Plates (MCP) can also be used as electron multipliers. EMTs are used in applications such as mass spectroscopy, field ion microscopy, electron or VUV spectroscopy, Auger spectroscopy, AES and ESCA.

Mechanized Pipe Welding System
The Piper Bug Pipe Welding System from Bug-O Systems is a digitally controlled programmable welding travel carriage integrated with Lincoln Electric® Invertec® V350-PRO Power Source. The Piper Bug features a positive rack and pinion drive system and a digital control box in which all welding parameters can be programmed for multi-pass, multi-layer welds on process piping and cross country pipe lines. The Piper Bug will increase productivity and weld quality while reducing costs.

Gullco PIPE KAT® Automated Pipe Welding System with integrated wire feeder unit incorporates 40 IPM welding carriage design with quick action mounting for ease of installation. The PIPE KAT® also comes equipped with a linear oscillator with adjustable weave width and weld joint centerline adjustment and all electronic motorized functions incorporate jog settings. The system comes with a main control box with 12 ft umbilical and 27 ft. of water hose and electrode cable, wire feed spool capacity of 10 lbs, with a maximum wire speed of 791 IPM and a wire size range of 0.8 to 1.4 mm. The welding torch uses Abicor Binzel consumables.

The INFRA radiant module is the most classical expression for infrared heating for industrial buildings, sportshalls, ware-houses, poultry farms and glasshouses. The machine is made up of a burner working with forced induction in premix type Baf, with a multi gas head, exhaust fume electro fan, heat exchanger made up of special heat treated steel radiant pipes for high temperature; stainless steel reflecting metallic parabole and support hangers. It has low thermal inertia, and can heat single zones also with limited dimensions activating single modules, it does not move the dust in the air, does not take any space on the floor, it heats the bodies but not the air, so this means that the lower is building insulating, the higher are fuel savings that are achived with infrared radiant tubes.
