HUMMEL aluminium enclosures are made of Al Si 12 and are silver grey powder coated. Hinges can be mounted to its sides, latches to the bottom. Aluminium resist numerous alcalis and chemicals as well as oil and gasoline. They are very impact resistant.

The modular aluminium enclosure CC-4000 from Bernstein is a high value housing for industrial controllers and automation components in protection degree IP 65. Alu-minium profiles in different depths are easily assembled for their own or in combina-tion to create the desired housing dimensions in width and height. For better func-tionality a swivelling front door or rear cover provide direct access to internal circuits. The Bernstein suspension systems and base brackets guarantee the best integration of the housing at the customer's machine or plant. The KM6 Caseframe is designed for applications that require the mounting / housing of Eurocard-style electronics (cards or modules) in either a 19” rackmount or desktop formfactor. A step up from a standard subrack, its design requires no external housing, and offers optional EMC protection along with the integration of cooling fans and power supplies in a self contained, attractive unit. A range of accessories are available including Tilt Feet, Carry Handles, Fan Trays and Hinged Front / Rear Covers, allowing the requirements of many applications to be met with standard off-the shelf parts. The use of standard KM6 subrack components means that the KM6 Caseframe can accept most accessories from our KM6-II product range, including, for example, card guides, front panels and plug-in units. The top and bottom covers are easily removed for system building and servicing requirements.

The LDG-S serie of enclosures are fully insulated enclosures according to the specifications of the machinery and the auto motive industries.
Designed for easy snap-on assembly onto DIN-rails by integrated snap-on clip. These enclosures facilitate economical device assembly with optimal utilization of space. For the termination of the conductors of the cable 2 enclosure versions are availible:
- pluggable terminals for easy servicing and exchange (commercial pin headers on the pcb.
- screw terminals for a fixed termination of the conductors. For effective heat dissipation the LDG-S enclosure features a base part with integrated ventilation slots. Closed versions (without ventilation slot) are availible upon request.

The recently developed CUBEx control enclosure product line from R. STAHL now makes it possible to combine compex control and distribution panels into comprehensive, space-saving units. Adds a whole new dimension to individualised and flexible solutions for your applications. Other customer-specified control and distribution panel designs are also possible. The CUBEx system increases the flexibility of your applications and ensures that all internationally recognised installation technologies can be employed. All standard, commercially-available electrical equipment can be installed. The space-saving design of this IIB enclosure enables a mounting distance of just 10 mm between units. Moreover, flameproof enclosures incorporating "D2D" technology enable the direct connection enclosures or terminal chambers are required. CUBEx is the logical next step in the development of IIC tchnology integrated in the renowend 8220 Series. For use in Group IIB hazardous areas in Zone 1 and Zone 2 or Zone 21 and Zone 22.
The main connection switch of the lighting and heating panels CUBEx Series 8264/5-ExV is operated through the side wall via an actuation mechanism. The circuit breakers are fitted on the second mounting level and are actuated via totary drives. As an option it is possible to fit test keys to the ELCBs to make it possible to actuate the back wall of the enclosure for fixing the devices. Cable entry is done directly via tapped holes, wired directly to the switches. For current distribution the original comb type rails are used at the switching units. A typical design allows for 12 or 24 circuit breakers. Different designs upon request.

In industrial processes different parameter measurement systems are mounted to optimize and control the process. Housings are a very important part of the whole system as they allow to insert the sensors into the media at a specific place in the process (pipe, vessel or basin).

The new DIN enclosures IDG-B6 and IDG-B9 arefullv insulated and fulfill the requirements of the machinery and car industry.
The enclosures have the installation width of 105 mm for the IDG-B6 and 157 mm for the IDG-B9. They are designed for easy snap-in assembly on DIN-rails.
Three different versions of the housing cover allow customer specific solutions- There can be used commercial terminals from different suppliers or for matea-ble solutions with terminal plugs the according PCB headers from different suppliers with the according terminal plug headers.For solutions with connectors or terminals on the front side there is a fully closed version available.
The transparent front cover protects displays, Potentiometers or other contol devices on the front side against disadjustment or damages.

Aluminium-Enclosures are universal, stabile and easily adapted. “Packaging” electrical, electronic and pneumatic components.
They are very sturdy and easily mechanically machined and can be painted to the customer’s specifications in small numbers. As Clamp Enclosures, they are constructed as a modular system and can be fitted with clamps and cable screw connections and are used as a junction enclosure for electric cables and wires. The control enclosure has the function to protect the highly sensitive electronics against water, dirt and dust. They are frequently used as enclosure for voltage sensors in the measurement and control technique. The production is carried out in pressure casting or die-casting. All enclosures comply with the protection class IP 66 according to DIN 40050 (spray water protected). The standard colour of the enclosure is RAL 7001. The lid screws cannot be lost and are made of stainless steel. The mounting of the enclosure is completed outside the sealed area using separate mounting grooves. The Neoprene lid seal is resistant against oil and petroleum, special seals such as silicone are available when requested.

The Ensto Cubo H range meets the requirements of the machine and military industry as regards resistance against solvents, petrol and oil. Excellent temperature, impact and RFI/EMI (additional gasket required) resistance. The Cubo H enclosures are made of cast aluminium, sides always plain, colour grey RAL 7001.
