INTERTEC cabinets and shelters are designed as sandwich constructions with inner and outer skins made from very strong GRP skins - or other materials such as aluminium sheet or stainless steel - and a core of closed cell light weight and insulating PU foam. This construction ensures high strength and rigidity and is unaffected by environmental influences.

With our outdoor enclosures we construct cabinet systems, which have been weather tested and are extremely stable. The electronic components used outdoors are optimally protected from wind, rain, heat, cold and vandalism.
Schroff offer two standardised outdoor cabinets: "Modular" or "Unibody". Flexible assembly possibilities are possible with 19"" technology, ETSI or other non-standard accessories. With the EMC version, rubber seals or foam seals, which are combined with a metallic mesh, provide protection to IP55 which can be guaranteed. The seals can be replaced if they are damaged.
The cabinets conform to the guide lines and standards for shock and vibration and are tested to IEC 68-2-6 and -27, plus ETS 300 019 for safety during earthquakes. Climate control is tested to IEC 68-2-1, -2, -14.

Uniplast range: The answer to your needs for a permament and safer protection of your electrical or electronic systems
Insulating, compact or modular system of enclosures that permits the construction of many different con·gurations, from a plain door to a transparent door, a single or double door and multi-compartment switchboard, effective even under the most severe working conditions.
It complies with the principal of "double insulation", which guarantees the maximum safety to the operating personnel.
The high quality of the material chosen for the construction of these enclosures is tested according to UL norm UL746C§26 "Ultraviolet Light Exposure".
Practice tests in a moderated climate have shown that the polyester enclosures are resistant against outdoor use and aggressive chemical environments for at least 20 years without loosing the quality of the enclosure.

The new DIN enclosures IDG-B6 and IDG-B9 arefullv insulated and fulfill the requirements of the machinery and car industry.
The enclosures have the installation width of 105 mm for the IDG-B6 and 157 mm for the IDG-B9. They are designed for easy snap-in assembly on DIN-rails.
Three different versions of the housing cover allow customer specific solutions- There can be used commercial terminals from different suppliers or for matea-ble solutions with terminal plugs the according PCB headers from different suppliers with the according terminal plug headers.For solutions with connectors or terminals on the front side there is a fully closed version available.
The transparent front cover protects displays, Potentiometers or other contol devices on the front side against disadjustment or damages.

The compact terminal enclosure
The CombiNorm-Control was designed to hold double-pole PCB connection terminals, and two of its advantages are its compactness and versatility.
The CombiNorm-Control enclosure is supplied in three widths and, depending on the design, can hold up to 16 double-pole terminals. Terminal sockets which are not required can be closed by the use of covers.
Accessories include light guides and adjustment axes for coding switches.
