SERIES CUBIK
SCAME proposes with series CUBIK, two new ranges of distribution boxes for electrical installations. They are available in 6 different dimensions. Made out of thermoplastic without halogen, shock-proof and self-extinguishing, the boxes of series CUBIK lend themselves particularly to the use for derivations in tight electrical installations of outside and for housing of small apparatuses.
The technical main features of this series are the following ones: index of protector IP55, possible use between -25° and +60°C, of color gray RAL7035, possibility of writing on the interior part of the lid to allow the simpler identification of the circuits, lid with pressure or closing by means of 4 screws 1/4 of lathe. All the lids are unlosable thanks to a provided bond which links base and lid (gone up out of standard). And finally, all the versions are equipped with plugs for complete insulation. |

Base Closure Kit
The closure panels of the base (plinths) allow to choose among a blind, a ventilated floor or cable entry configurations with brush stripes against dust. Side cable entry is also available.
Vented Roof
The vented roof consists of a pre-cabled panel with 2, 3, or 4 fans of the noiseless series. The modularity of the roof's structure allows a mixed housing of blind panels with fans or cable-entry panels; panels can be placed both lengthwise and obliquely to the front of the enclosure.
Shelves Kit
Shelves with several dimensions and for small/large loads are available; shelves can even be fixed to the rear of the 19" frame. For superior requirements a shelf with telescopic slides is available.

These enclosures were designed to be able to receive customized mounting systems thanks to possibilities of steel and isolating modular distribution and accessories. The PLOMBIERES range is composed by 17 references with 7 different heights as the BLIGNY range has 20 references with 3 different heights.

The FLEUREY enclosures have been designed as a complement of BLIGNY enclosures. They are welded made of sheet steel 15/10. The top and the base have been welded to the vertical pieces of the body giving more rigidity. The back and side panels are easy to install by quick fixing out. Enclosures FLEUREY have got 3 heights, 4 widths and 3 depths which is traduced in 33 types.

THE CP: essential to very undertaken borrowing its energy from a public network, it is in conformity with regulations EDF in term of provisional electric connections. It combines standardized counting and the protection of the personnel for the version high sensitivity.
We have 3 "basic" models equipped with a turntable insulating, of 1 box standardized circuit breaker, 1 site EDF for meter, 1 circuit breaker of differential connection 500mA selective. 6 models high sensibilté supplement the series: it is the same equipment as the basic model with in more 1 differential protection high sensitivity 30mA and of the connecting terminals IP2X.
This box polyester, armed glass fiber, measures 450x350x200 mm or 520x540x300 (according to the models) and is IP43. It can be fixed at the wall and be closed by rectangle EDF. Its door can also be equipped with a base plate téléreport.

THE CGO
This cupboard can be used for requirements in power higher than 36KVA and inferiors or equal to 250KVA. It is essential to the temporary food of the building sites starting from a station MT/BT of public distribution 400V and is in conformity with regulations EDF in term of provisional electric connections.
There exist 12 models various all manufactured out of welded sheet EZ 20/10. We propose 3 dimensions: 1715x1110x450 mm (for mechanical electro meter), 1715x1110x350 for 400A and 1565x960x350 for maximum 250A with a sealing IP53.
It shows the following characteristics: 1 door with key handle (closing 3 points + hasps of cadenassage), 2 handles of rabattablees transport, 1 canopy, 2 welded rings of lifting, shaped DIN welded (for supports of equipment), passage of the cables partly lower through cuttings, feet with anchoring welded (in option: base support on the ground), pre-drilling for lock EDF.
It is composed of the following equipment: 1 site EDF for panel of counting + meter, 4 connections in single-core cable - type U 1000R 2V- between cutting downstream and panel of counting, 1 cutting downstream with visible cut, 1 circuit breaker of adjustable differential connection of sensitivity and temporization, of the connecting terminals IP2X.
Certain option are also available. |
