Thanks to the well designed orthogonal joint, the cabinet can be mounted in only a few minutes. The mounting operation is restricted only to 8 screws and all the other alloy manufactured accessories (hinges, fixing elements, etc.) are ready to be used. The cabinet profile has been well engineered and the result provides all the safety, strength and modularity standards. Profile and orthogonal joint are welded together using the very latest in laser welding technology.

The recently developed CUBEx control enclosure product line from R. STAHL now makes it possible to combine compex control and distribution panels into comprehensive, space-saving units. Adds a whole new dimension to individualised and flexible solutions for your applications. Other customer-specified control and distribution panel designs are also possible. The CUBEx system increases the flexibility of your applications and ensures that all internationally recognised installation technologies can be employed. All standard, commercially-available electrical equipment can be installed. The space-saving design of this IIB enclosure enables a mounting distance of just 10 mm between units. Moreover, flameproof enclosures incorporating "D2D" technology enable the direct connection enclosures or terminal chambers are required. CUBEx is the logical next step in the development of IIC tchnology integrated in the renowend 8220 Series. For use in Group IIB hazardous areas in Zone 1 and Zone 2 or Zone 21 and Zone 22.
The main connection switch of the lighting and heating panels CUBEx Series 8264/5-ExV is operated through the side wall via an actuation mechanism. The circuit breakers are fitted on the second mounting level and are actuated via totary drives. As an option it is possible to fit test keys to the ELCBs to make it possible to actuate the back wall of the enclosure for fixing the devices. Cable entry is done directly via tapped holes, wired directly to the switches. For current distribution the original comb type rails are used at the switching units. A typical design allows for 12 or 24 circuit breakers. Different designs upon request.

Kyocera solar modules are a reliable, virtually maintenance-free power supply designed to convert sunlight into electricity at the highest possible efficiency. The systems using KC moduels are ideal for charging storage batteries to power remote homes, recreational vehicles, boats, telecommunications systems and other consumer and commercial applications.
Kyocera's advanced cell-processing technology and automated production facilities produce highly efficient multi-crystal photovoltaic modules. To protect the cells from the most severe environmental conditions, they are encapsulated between a tempered glass cover and an EVA pottant with a PVF back sheet. The entire laminate is installed in an anodized aluminum frame for structural strength and ease of installation.

The photovoltaic module SOLARDAY PX60 is composed of 60 solar cells in multicrystalline silicon, 156mm x 156 mm size, connected in series.
The Array of solar cells is encapsulated between two sheets of EVA (Ethylen Vinil Acetate), inserted, themselves, between a front tempered glass of the thickness of 4mm, and one rear sheet in PVF/PE/PVF, a particular multilayer film with excellent electrical, chemical and mechanical properties, which assures both the protection of the rear part from accidental hits and the perfect adhesion with EVA.
The used glass offers the necessary protection from the atmospheric agents and, thanks to a particular textured surface, optimizes the collection of the solar light on the cells.
The vacuum-sealed pressing, at 150°C, assures the perfect airtight sealing of the module, protecting the high performances of the product over the years.
The frame is realized with an anodized aluminium profile that allows an easy assembling of the module on the support structures.
On the back there is a junction box with protection degree IP65, with bypass diodes, cables and polarized connectors.
This junction box gives the best protection warranties both to the electrical connections and to the module for "hot-spot"
damages.
