Modular design
The Bernstein light control housing CC-3000 is especially suitable for
mounting display components or control elements, (HMI's, IPC's etc). Its
height and width are variable up to a maximum recommended size of
approx. 600 x 600 mm. Various combinations of the 55, 120 and 200 mm
wide aluminium profiles give the housing several depth possibilities.
Customer-specific housing
The light control housings CC-3000 are supplied from the factory as standard housings or as custom-built versions. The modular concept is superbly suited for customer-specific solutions. The aluminium profiles are simply cut to length and assembled with the corner modules to create various sizes. The basic housing profile sizes can be combined with each other to achieve the required housing depth.
Besides the dimensions, many other housing properties are selectable in customer-specific configuration, e.g.: the hinged side of the door
the housing configuration for suspension systems the colour of the corner modules.
The front panel is also available ready for use: machined to customer's specifications, screen printed or engraved. A checklist helps to define the required housing configuration and at the same time serves
as an enquiry and order form.

BOS Ecoline combines the advantages of aluminium profiles with the optimal cost effectiveness of plastic of plastic caps to create a superior enclosure concept. Different sizes and profile types permit use with an extremely wide range of electronic products.
Four cross-section formats are available, each in a closed, open-on-one-side or divided version. The robust aluminium profiles are available in each size and design in three standard lengths ex-warehouse.
Plastic caps, with or without integrated wall brackets, are available as end elements. Depending on the profile type, ingress protection category IP40 can be increased to IP54 by means of a seal set.
As a system supplier, in addition to mechanical processing, BOPLA can supply customer-specific membrane keypads and the assembly of complete enclosures including electronic components.

With BOTEGO, every user can create his or her own individual design. Different design elements and caps in 6 different colours can modify the basic neutral enclosure to create an individual touch.

For enclosure surface designs, BOPLA offers both standard decor foils and customer-specific foils-shape, colour or embossing can be selected individually.

With Alurail, BOPLA has developed a modular DIN rail enclosure which is especially suitable for use in measurement, control and automatic control technology. Basic profiles, each in 8 standard lengths, are also available.
A spilt basic profile which facilitates PCB installation can also be supplied. In addition to the front panel, customerspecific circuit boards can also be inserted into the basic profile as a front end elements. Individual design of the enclosure construction is made possible by the clipping on and screwing of different module types in various lengths onto the basic profile.
The anodised basic profiles and modules are equipped with integrated guide grooves for one or more circuit boards. If required by the customer, the basic and module profiles can be supplied in special lengths.
In addition to the fitting of the enclosure onto a mounting rail ( 35 mm ) acc. to DIN EN 60715 TH35 (prev. DIN EN 50022), the enclosure can also be fitted direct to the wall. The fitting element required for this purpose is available as part of the Alurail accessories programme. The LDG-S serie of enclosures are fully insulated enclosures according to the specifications of the machinery and the auto motive industries.
Designed for easy snap-on assembly onto DIN-rails by integrated snap-on clip. These enclosures facilitate economical device assembly with optimal utilization of space. For the termination of the conductors of the cable 2 enclosure versions are availible:
- pluggable terminals for easy servicing and exchange (commercial pin headers on the pcb.
- screw terminals for a fixed termination of the conductors. For effective heat dissipation the LDG-S enclosure features a base part with integrated ventilation slots. Closed versions (without ventilation slot) are availible upon request.

DIDO-S distribution boards are available in two types: surface mounted and flush mounted boards.
Particular attention has been set to the need to give more space in the inside in order to facilitate the operations of

PE4, PE8 and PE12 boards have a particular system to fix the DIN rail; it allows to regulate its height in two positions, an

VCC's HMS panel lens has been designed to display printed circuit board mounted 10mm LEDs. The unique feature of the HMS low-profile lens is its special threads. Each mating component is designed with six single-entity threads. The six individual threads allow for multiple mating entry points between the lens and the retaining ring. In addition, the amount of rotation required to secure the assembly is only a one-half turn. HMS mating components have a unique thread cross-section design that eliminates over-tightening- a typical cause of thread stripping of plastic mating parts. Any attempt to over-tighten the HMS will result in the retaining ring sliding into a previous thread without damaging either component. The unit can then be retightened to a secure position. The assembly is installed by hand, eliminating the necessity of tools. A specifically designed compression seal serves to provide both moisture and dust protection for the HMS.

The CUBEx system increases the flexibility of your applications and ensures that all internationally recognised installation technologies can be employed. All standard, commercially-available electrical equipment can be installed. The space-saving design of this IIB enclosure enables a mounting distance of just 10 mm between units. Moreover, flameproof enclosures incorporating "D2D" technology enable the direct connection enclosures or terminal chambers are required. CUBEx is the logical next step in the development of IIC tchnology integrated in the renowend 8220 Series. For use in Group IIB hazardous areas in Zone 1 and Zone 2 or Zone 21 and Zone 22.
The main connection switch of the lighting and heating panels CUBEx Series 8264/5-ExV is operated through the side wall via an actuation mechanism. The circuit breakers are fitted on the second mounting level and are actuated via totary drives. As an option it is possible to fit test keys to the ELCBs to make it possible to actuate the back wall of the enclosure for fixing the devices. Cable entry is done directly via tapped holes, wired directly to the switches. For current distribution the original comb type rails are used at the switching units. A typical design allows for 12 or 24 circuit breakers. Different designs upon request.
