VCC's HMS panel lens has been designed to display printed circuit board mounted 10mm LEDs. The unique feature of the HMS low-profile lens is its special threads. Each mating component is designed with six single-entity threads. The six individual threads allow for multiple mating entry points between the lens and the retaining ring. In addition, the amount of rotation required to secure the assembly is only a one-half turn. HMS mating components have a unique thread cross-section design that eliminates over-tightening- a typical cause of thread stripping of plastic mating parts. Any attempt to over-tighten the HMS will result in the retaining ring sliding into a previous thread without damaging either component. The unit can then be retightened to a secure position. The assembly is installed by hand, eliminating the necessity of tools. A specifically designed compression seal serves to provide both moisture and dust protection for the HMS.

The recently developed CUBEx control enclosure product line from R. STAHL now makes it possible to combine compex control and distribution panels into comprehensive, space-saving units. Adds a whole new dimension to individualised and flexible solutions for your applications. Other customer-specified control and distribution panel designs are also possible. The CUBEx system increases the flexibility of your applications and ensures that all internationally recognised installation technologies can be employed. All standard, commercially-available electrical equipment can be installed. The space-saving design of this IIB enclosure enables a mounting distance of just 10 mm between units. Moreover, flameproof enclosures incorporating "D2D" technology enable the direct connection enclosures or terminal chambers are required. CUBEx is the logical next step in the development of IIC tchnology integrated in the renowend 8220 Series. For use in Group IIB hazardous areas in Zone 1 and Zone 2 or Zone 21 and Zone 22.
The main connection switch of the lighting and heating panels CUBEx Series 8264/5-ExV is operated through the side wall via an actuation mechanism. The circuit breakers are fitted on the second mounting level and are actuated via totary drives. As an option it is possible to fit test keys to the ELCBs to make it possible to actuate the back wall of the enclosure for fixing the devices. Cable entry is done directly via tapped holes, wired directly to the switches. For current distribution the original comb type rails are used at the switching units. A typical design allows for 12 or 24 circuit breakers. Different designs upon request.

The new DIN enclosures IDG-B6 and IDG-B9 arefullv insulated and fulfill the requirements of the machinery and car industry.
The enclosures have the installation width of 105 mm for the IDG-B6 and 157 mm for the IDG-B9. They are designed for easy snap-in assembly on DIN-rails.
Three different versions of the housing cover allow customer specific solutions- There can be used commercial terminals from different suppliers or for matea-ble solutions with terminal plugs the according PCB headers from different suppliers with the according terminal plug headers.For solutions with connectors or terminals on the front side there is a fully closed version available.

Aluminium-Enclosures are universal, stabile and easily adapted. “Packaging” electrical, electronic and pneumatic components.
They are very sturdy and easily mechanically machined and can be painted to the customer’s specifications in small numbers. As Clamp Enclosures, they are constructed as a modular system and can be fitted with clamps and cable screw connections and are used as a junction enclosure for electric cables and wires. The control enclosure has the function to protect the highly sensitive electronics against water, dirt and dust. They are frequently used as enclosure for voltage sensors in the measurement and control technique. The production is carried out in pressure casting or die-casting. All enclosures comply with the protection class IP 66 according to DIN 40050 (spray water protected). The standard colour of the enclosure is RAL 7001. The lid screws cannot be lost and are made of stainless steel. The mounting of the enclosure is completed outside the sealed area using separate mounting grooves. The Neoprene lid seal is resistant against oil and petroleum, special seals such as silicone are available when requested.
