HFT5000 Raychem Heat-Shrinkable, Highly Flexible Woven Fabric Tubing
DESCRIPTION:
• Tyco Electronics manufactures the world’s largest range of heat-shrinkable tubing that provides exceptional cable protection, insulation, environmental sealing and strain relief. The heat-shrinkable fabric with a 2:1 shrink ratio is a halogen free product, woven from polyethylene/polyester materials which provide excellent abrasion resistance for components such as rubber hoses, plastic pipes and harness wiring bundles.
• The tightly woven filaments promote flexibility and easy installation onto irregular substrates such as bent hoses, yet provides resistance to trapping water, heat and humidity.

DESCRIPTION:
• Tyco Electronics manufactures the world’s largest range of heat-shrinkable tubing that provides exceptional cable protection, insulation, environmental sealing and strain relief. High Ratio Heat-Shrinkable tubing, with expansion ratios as low as 4 to 1 and as high as 8 to 1 are designed to accommodate large size transitions between cables, cable connectors and backshells. Thus simplifying repairs of damaged cable as well as sealing the back end of connectors,
•There are five specific families of Raychem High Ratio tubing:
HRHF- High Ratio High Flex
HRSR- High Ratio Semi-Rigid
HRNF- High Ratio Non Flame-Retardant
HRHT- High Ratio Heat-Shrink Tubing
URHT- Ultra High Ratio Tubing
•All of the product families are available with or without adhesive and all are flame retardant, excluding, HRNF.
•With these products, thermoplastic adhesive coating offers excellent strain relief and environmental sealing. HRHF, HRSR and HRNF are also available with water-proof sealant to provide environmental sealing in wet and corrosive locations. In addition, HRHT and URHT have good fluid resistance properties as well as excellent long term heat resistance performance.

Cable Ties: High Temp Applications
