Conventional methods of chamber entry for validation thermocouples allow only limited numbers of thermocouples to be used. They are relatively time consuming in their application and frequently prone to unacceptable leakage.
The TCEG/1 addresses both these problem areas by providing individual slots for 18 separate thermocouples and a rapid action, locking and securing mechanism.
By utilising a three part sealant arrangement the gland becomes a TCEG/2 with the opportunity of increasing the capacity to 36 individual thermocouples. Should even more thermocouples need to be accommodated, then a ‘Y’ adapter connected to the chamber entry port can double both these quantities.
For mounting onto the autoclave chamber the TCEG is supplied with a Tri-clamp flange with the option of having a 1½” or up to 2½” flange.
The gland body is machined from 316L stainless steel with the cap in CZ121 brass. Sealants are in medical grade silicone to Shore 40 hardness and in accordance with FDA USP Class VI.
The 16-channel thermocouple monitor designed to read, scan, print and log temperatures or voltages. You can use any one of seven standard thermocouple types to read temperatures from -200 °C to +1700 °C. For remote monitoring applications, the SR630 can time-stamp and store up to 2000 readings in non-volatile memory for later analysis.
Temperature is the measured quantity number one worldwide – in your application too? Then rely on MX1609 now, the new star for reliable and convenient temperature measurement.
MX1609 is part of the QuantumX family and offers many excellent qualities: Reliable temperature mea-surement using the proven and widely used type K thermocouple – at the same time opening up fascina-ting new opportunities for your day-to-day measurement tasks …
Test engineers worldwide benefit from HBM’s APM technology (Advanced Plug and Measure) already today: Connect the transducer – and get started immediately.
MX1609 now introduces APM technology into the world of temperature measurement too: The mini thermo-couple connector can be equipped with an identification chip which, however, can also be fitted later.
This chip enables your transducers to be automatically and unambiguously identified by the MX1609 as soon as they are connected. The days have long since gone when labels had to be attached to measuring points in a time-con-suming and error-prone process: MX1609 automatically puts your test setups in digital order.
Thanks to its compact design MX1609 perfectly fits even into the smallest test bench – and thus can be installed very close to your measuring points.
Good for your test results – the shorter the measuring cables, the smaller the influence of interferences. Mini format – and giant performance! Each module provides 16 electrically isolated channels for recor-ding the signals of type K thermocouples – in tempe-rature ranges from -100°C up to +1300°C.
